I remember defending WTFlex on Reddit when someone called them a scam because I had ordered from them before and thought they were legit. But after my recent experience, I regret it.

I placed a prepaid order on 9th May. They delayed shipping for “logistics issues” and finally shipped it on 13th. The parcel reached Delhi on 16th and was supposed to be delivered on 17th, but since then there has been zero movement in tracking. Every time I contact support, they just ask me to “wait 48 hours” with fake assurances that the parcel will arrive soon.

Their customer service is honestly terrible. WhatsApp replies come once a day, calls are almost impossible to connect, and when I asked for a refund because they clearly can’t fulfill the order, they replied rudely in ALL CAPS instead of actually helping.

My issue isn’t even the delay anymore — it’s the careless attitude. I paid WTFlex, not the courier company, so why are they avoiding responsibility and refusing to refund? As of today, the parcel is still stuck in Delhi and the delivery date has now shifted to 27th May with no proper response from them.

Icy_Worry7977 apparently listed a product for ₹400 + shipping, so I texted her about it. She first asked for a ₹200 advance, but before even sending any payment details or QR code, she completely ghosted me. Then she came back and suddenly said the price was ₹450 + shipping. During the next 5–10 minutes of conversation, the price somehow became ₹470 + shipping and then ₹500 + shipping. Literally every other reply was “price increased.” I mean, sure, a seller can decide their price — but changing it every few minutes while talking to a buyer is just weird and unprofessional.

So I placed an order from Valantis after constantly seeing their Instagram ads for the Superman jogger. The delivery itself was fairly quick — I received the parcel within 5–7 days. But to my surprise, the Superman logo, which was the main reason I ordered the jogger, arrived damaged.

I contacted their customer support and, to be fair, they were quick to initiate a pickup and offered me their vest combo as an exchange. The exchange process was initiated on 14th April, and since then it has been nothing but delays, excuses, and frustration.

For almost a month, there was absolutely no shipment update. Every time I contacted support, I received the same repetitive replies: “it’s in the making process,” “will ship in 2 days,” “will ship in 3 days,” but nothing actually happened. What I genuinely don’t understand is why brands take orders for products that are apparently not even ready to ship. Why keep giving false timelines again and again instead of being transparent with customers?

After nearly 45 days of constant follow-ups and regular texting from my side, they finally offered me a refund. But even then, they deducted the shipping fees — which honestly makes no sense because the return happened only because I received a damaged product in the first place. On top of that, the parcel originally contained two products, and I kept one of them, so ideally the shipping cost should have been divided proportionally. Instead, they deducted the full shipping amount.

The entire experience has been extremely disappointing. The stress, waiting, lack of proper communication, and endless follow-ups after already paying money is simply not worth it for a basic vest or jogger. Very poor customer support and overall customer experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from Valantis.

P.s I ordered the Superman jogger from Valantis after seeing their Instagram ads, but the logo arrived damaged. Although their support initially responded quickly and arranged an exchange, the process turned into a frustrating experience with almost 45 days of delays, repeated false shipping promises, and poor communication. After constant follow-ups, they finally offered a refund but still deducted the full shipping fee even though the return was due to a damaged product. Overall, the customer support and handling of the situation were extremely disappointing, and based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from Valantis.
