How can I (M34) manage weight loss with a busy schedule?

Hi all, title covers it in a nutshell, deets below if you care~

Currently, I am 5'5 and stuck floating from 162 to around 168 for the last almost year. I have protein shakes for dinner, I eat balanced/light meals when possible, but my long work hours makes it hard for me to have an impactful routine or meal prep properly.

As it sits, I wake up at 5am, run a 5k, take my dog out, take a shower, head to work by 6:45am or so. Lunch is usually chicken + rice/potato of some sort or a salad with extra chicken. I am there until 6pm, after which I get home and immediately feed my dog, during which time I socialize with my gf for a bit, then take the dog out, come back and put on my skates and go get 10mi in. This usually takes me about an hour and a half at most. I this point, I get back, walk my dog a final time typically around 9pm almost now, take a shower, have my shake and talk to my gf some more before we go to bed.

I already feel pretty stretched thin, I just want to achieve a healthy weight for my stature and it feels impossible at this point. My schedule doesn't allow me to lift weights the way I'd like to, I'd need more time than I have available. My gf has asked me to cut back as it is because she say we don't spend much time together with my current routine, and she's right. I just don't know what else I can do to achieve my goal or simply getting to a healthy weight.

Suggestions/critiques welcomed, please. Thanks for reading!

edit: I already struggle with staying motivated and my gf asks me to not work out fairly often to "hang out" which is usually just sitting on the couch. I am the only active one of the two of us, but we both work desk jobs. This kind of adds to the difficulty I have in staying motivated to even do anything so any advice navigating that would be welcomed as well.

Total Newbie, super interested -- how do I get started without spending a bunch?

Title basically covers the sentiment here, but I'm very interested in learning Saxophone! I just obviously don't know if it's something I'm truly going to "take to" since I have no actual experience with one outside of researching on my own and asking my bandmates things when I was in middle school.

Is there a decently priced beginner sax that isn't going to also sound like total crap? Some crap is okay, I'm not expecting to find a diamond in a pile of manure either lol.

I would just love to get started and get a feel for it before deciding to commit $1k on a quality horn.

Thanks for your insights!

I got downvoted once for saying "I hope I get it by christmas" in a comment. I was kidding, as far as I knew.

Torn on Headlight upgrades, opinions welcomed!

So I was going to get a kit and new lenses to achieve the round yellow halos (bavgruppe round eye kit + lenses), but I have this creeping fear of the seal not being done right on the headlight and that causing me issues down the road due to moisture damage. The lenses are pretty gross too, so I figured replacement is best since they'd be getting baked open for the ring upgrade anyhow. I figure this will end up around $600-$700 or so if I do it myself with a buddy that says he's done it before. I also wanted to delete the chrome on the corners too, but I'd need my body shop there. The body shop I wanted to do it (they usually handle stuff for me np) says I'm better off just replacing it complete with a black housing because removal/disassembly/paint gonna end up putting this option closer to $1k range so I could realistically just skip that part, except that being the last bit of chrome on the front, I hate it lol.

Second image is the ones I'm reluctantly considering, as I didn't want to "Modernize" the car either, just want an OEM+ look. I don't hate them, I like them a lot actually, I just wanted to keep the mods within the same chassis design if that makes sense. These will cost me around $1k, so about double. BUT, they come black, plug and play, nothing else necessary.

Final image is my car, Style 225's freshly done in satin black and I'm going for a wrap in as-close-to-voodoo-blue-as-I-can-find eventually. Uncle's 250k+ mile E46 M3 chillin' beside me.

Positive/negative opinions welcomed, I could use the laugh. Thanks for reading!
