i am currently undiagnosed with pots but i am having a tilt table test done in june. i have dealt with this symptoms for almost two years now. anyway i was wondering if anyone here has any tips to share that are different from just wearing compression garments and drinking water + eating salt. what are some little things that doctors won’t know to recommend that help with your symptoms?

i found this tooth in 2021 while on vacation in ocean city maryland. i rediscovered it the other day and am curious as to what animal it’s from. it’s quite small, the white hairs you see around it are from my cat who is medium haired if that helps at all lol. it is probably smaller or around the same size as my pinky nail
i have been trying to go completely cruelty free for a few months now, i still have a bit of foundation left but i would like some recs for when i need to buy a new one since i will not be buying from that brand anymore. i would preferably like a bottle with a wand. im not sure how much “coverage” i would like as i am not well educated on makeup, but whatever the coverage is for my current one i would like the same or similar. i currently use clinique beyond perfecting a14 WN 01. im not sure if its important but the primer i use is smash box photo finish just incase that has an effect on how foundation turns out
