There's a Period Party at the library and you're invited! Upper Hudson Planned Parenthood has prepared a welcoming and informative afternoon to help ease period anxiety by answering common questions about menstruation, discussing basic period hygiene, and demonstrating a variety of helpful products.

Join the party to learn more about menstruation, enjoy some refreshments, and create your own "on-the-go" period bags with various period products courtesy of UHPP!

Join Jo Ann and the team at Carl's Advanced Automotive & Truck Repair Center on May 16th at 10AM for a casual and comfortable conversation about basic car care and how to feel more at ease when walking into a repair shop.

We will review Roadside Safety, the importance of Routine Maintenance, and weather permitting, have a vehicle on hand to review important fluids and common tire concerns.

Carl's Advanced Automotive is women-owned and operated and loves sharing our experiences with young adults and new drivers. However, drivers of any age are sure to learn something new! There will also be time saved for Q & A.
