Beginner question

I am using this loosening exercise using a video I found on this subreddit. When I lower into my left leg, my knee starts to hurt. I’m unsure why and I do not twist my knee or go side to side. My legs feel like they’re under great pressure/like I’m holding a single leg squat is that how it’s supposed to feel? Like im straining in the legs?

Let me know if you have any tips, I’m very new to this and got into it after I asked meditation subreddit how to help my back pain while trying to keep an erect spine while meditating.

Question/advice about fear

Few things, one, when I start to feel these vibrations through my entire being, my mind starts to work up and I also have weird shallow and fearful breathing if that makes any sense. Like I can’t even go a second without breathing again even though I do some pranayama before. It feels like this sense of fear prohibiting me anything deeper into wherever my intention was for the meditation.
Second, only when my bell goes off to start waking up 5 minutes before the end of the hour, my breathing returns to calm. It’s like a weight is lifted off my shoulders like I am stressed about what is happening when I should be calm. Does anyone have any advice?

Wet floor under driver side

I posted in this subreddit a few weeks ago at this point about any pointers to why a spot under my floor gets damp. I first tried the suggestions of sunroof or ac evaporation drain cleaning. After taking it to the shop for some maintenance work before I take a long road trip they found absolutely nothing, they cleaned all my lines everything. The only way I have found to deal with it is taking the weather tec pad off and letting it air dry with windows cracked.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Weather forecast

Correct me if I am overreacting, I know this is still 2 weeks in advance, but in the chance that this type of weather does happen, what does it actually look like? I know mountain weather can change by the hour, so anyone with stories of raining to complete sun or the opposite, I’d love to hear.

Ptarmigan tunnel vs …

So I have a few days in glacier starting in a campground close to the east entrance, and also a few nights at many glacier campground during my road trip (late June around 20th). I know certain sections of trails can still get closed/icy during that time. But I was wondering if I should either hike the ptarmigan tunnel trail for the day OR drive to the granite chalet trailhead and hike up to high line trail to see the views there? This would take up an entire day and I also want to do grinnel glacier trail one day and also bike going to the sun if the timing lines up right. Let me know if you all would change anything. Also looking at swift current pass. I guess all depends on weather. My group does have microspikes just in case they are needed.

Dispersed camping bear aware tips

In late june I’m going to be in the glacier area with 2 other friends. Before our reservations in the park, what’re the proper guidelines to storing food when dispersed camping in public land around glacier. The first and most obvious thing I thought of was putting all smellable in the car, but what if our tents aren’t far away from the car, would that not just attract animals towards our tents?

Yoho national park

Anyone who’s been in the past, is it worth hiking the fire road to lake O’Hara in late June (24th)? How’s the weather been etc. I have a trip to glacier national park, but on a whim decided to also check out yoho for a little bit as I got lucky with a campsite reservation this late.

I saw one video online of last year and lake oesa was still covered in snow, I have micro spikes but I’m just curious if it’s actually worth the 20 mile day worth of hiking, or should I just do some shorter day hikes to see more separate parts of the park?

I might sound dumb or uninformed but I’m traveling to Canada (yoho national park) this summer for 2-3 days. Do I need to do anything special to have cell service? I ask because apparently there are parts of the area that have good service and I’d like to be able to use my phone without WiFi while I’m there.

Are there brands out there that are lab tested for pesticides and offer lower thc but still high quality bud? I started dry herb vaping and now I just like being chill and not getting absolutely buttered unless it’s an occasional night with the roommates. I only smoke a few times a week and I was wondering if people have hemp/online brand suggestions that have a good reputation but aren’t just bullshit high thca no reputation brands
