What to do pls help
I've been manifesting two specific outcomes for a while now:
I have crossed the required percentage criteria.
I am selected for my dream program.
The issue is that both outcomes are still pending in the 3D. Results haven't arrived, selection mail hasn't arrived, and meanwhile counselling/admission timelines are moving forward. I can feel myself becoming desperate, not because I think it won't happen, but because I'm worried about missing opportunities while waiting.
How do you persist when time seems to be running out and deadlines are approaching? How do you stay in the end state instead of constantly checking the clock?

will this help me for my exam? if i need certain marks?
Idk what is wrong with me i have given back to back some entrance exam these days plus some really imp exams as well but because when all the exam results started coming back to back and almost all of them were disappointing, I’m seriously losing my mind. I can’t even build a positive mindset anymore. I don’t want to react to the 3D reality, but my mind keeps believing I’m failing. I really need help because there’s one important exam left that I have to qualify no matter what
PLEASE HELP ME GUYS I BEG YOU!
I feel like my current identity is attached to rejection, failure, missed opportunities and disappointment from every side. At some point I stopped believing things could change for me. It’s like my mind genuinely cannot hold hope anymore or believe in “impossible things happening” like it used to.
How do people actually rebuild themselves mentally when they’ve completely given up internally?

So basically I gave an important improvement exam to increase my PCM percentage, and my percentage only increased by 1%. I’m literally behind by just 2% now. Sounds funny and frustrating at the same time tbh.
A week before the results, I was genuinely trying to manifest good marks. I kept affirming stuff like: “Thank you God for giving me 70/80 in Maths improvement.” I was repeating it every day and trying to stay positive.
But when the result came out, it was way worse than what I expected.
I had a complete breakdown for like an hour in front of my parents after seeing it. But now I’m a bit calmer.
The thing is, I still don’t want to give up completely. My only option left now is re-evaluation/re-checking, and a part of me still wants to believe things can somehow work out.
So I genuinely want to ask: how do you continue manifesting even after things repeatedly don’t go your way? How do you not lose faith completely?
I genuinely want to know how people successfully manifest specific marks in exams when they feel completely underprepared.
Like when you know you didn’t study enough, messed up consistency, forgot topics during revision, or the exam itself felt bad… but somehow you still believe you can get your desired score.
How do you stop obsessing over “reality” and actually trust the manifestation process in situations like this?
Did anyone here ever manifest marks/results that honestly felt impossible at the time? What did you do mentally before results day?
I'm into manifestation and mindset work, but right now I feel completely opposite of what I ‘should’ feel. My thoughts are negative, I’m blaming myself a lot, and it feels heavy.
I know people say to stay positive and think good thoughts, but what do you actually do when you can’t?
How do you handle manifestation or self-improvement when you’re at your lowest and don’t have anyone to talk to? Looking for real advice, not just ‘stay positive'.
