I know they’re looking for applicants to talk about what they hope to learn from the internship, but what else? don’t want to talk too much about my academic background, but also don’t want the essay to be thin either

Why didn’t southwest just cancel the flight?

matched with a guy online in January, we talked for 2 months before meeting in March (we were both busy af). I told him I just wanted something fun and not serious, and he wanted something more but was fine w/ being not serious. we hung out a bunch, he insisted on paying for everything, and even traveled to see me when I was out of town. recently I told him that I changed my mind and wanted to explore something more with him. he seemed excited and then a few days later started acting distant. turns out he took a bunch of drugs (said he’s in a bad place) and was sleeping those days that he was distant. ended up revealing to me that he’s afraid of being in a new relationship & still misses his ex but really likes me. what gives?
