“The university is projecting a 7 percent decline in undergraduate enrollment next school year, including a 15 percent drop in first-year and transfer students.”

Well...

The report is out and they did not include any members of the general residential population, private sector workers or business owners.

They did not consider you a part of the community for the “Community Involvement” for the report. They cut out the vast majority of the people that make up Burlington.

The included groups are should be there but the general community needed to be involved as well.
