Stray `comstate.to3` file found at the root of an SD card from an R7

First time I see this. The file seems small an innocuous. I see some mentions of a `comstate.tof` file that would happen on Canon DSLRs (those that use CF cards...). Has anyone else seen this? Is there an explanation?

Edit: it seems to be related to the `Jump to first image of scene` review mode

Found this gorgeous NMC taunting the neighborhood dogs from the top of a fiber cabinet

Probably a Maine Coon given the size. Rather benevolent since he spared the life of a chihuahua who dared bark in his direction.

Loves treats (I have a bag of treats on me, just in case) and accepts pets.

60% battery usage by "System apps", any way to know which?

A Pixel 8 in the family has a short battery lifespan. Looking at the battery usage, "System apps" take 60% which seems very high (only 27% in my Pixel 7). Any way to know which one?Any setting to check? Thx.
