Look what she did while my back was turned! I have to unwind the vine & try to curl it back into the plant, I can't have it attached to the plant shelves forever! I hope i don't hurt it... 😕

This was sold to me as Stapelia Gigantea, now I'm not sure if thats the right name, but her first flower finally opened today! I checked it noon, it was closed, then at around 2:00 when I checked again, I found this! And there's at least 6 more buds coming, they're all still small, i just hope they time to develop before winter comes!

I think my cuttings are making buds!

Good growth for first summer, IMHO. Can't wait to see it, I feel like an expectant mother!

Is it ok to pot into a bigger hanging pot? I have a few now, and i potted them into fairly small pots, hanging, but now they're growing like a house fire and I'm wondering how to put into a bigger pot (when they're ready). How do I untangle all.these vines without killing them? Or do i just leave them in the smallish pot & keep wrapping the vines around each other and the hanger?

Looking for a home for my Monstera, I'm running out of room! It's quite healthy, actively growing (too much!), has been regularly watered & fertilized. Needs a moss pole or some other support, could probably use a bigger pot.

My worst problem is since I can't ship it, I'd have to find someone in my area (Kalamazoo, Michigan).

Willing to give to a good home, or trade for something that won't get so big!

I have several 4 inch pots and one 9 inch square pot, all fully rooted & actively growing looking for new homes. Not able to ship, would have to meet in Kalamazoo, Michigan, US. to trade.

I've only been waiting almost 3 years for this - the mother plant (Big Mama), 4 four inch pots from various accidents along the way, a nine inch square pot, and a six inch round, all taken from Big Mama - and much to my surprise I've finally gotten a decent bud! I only hope I don't miss the flower during the night. Only other plant lovers can understand my excitement, I was starting to wonder if I'd gotten some weird strain that never flowers!

Five flowers coming, and four new leaves! I must be doing something right!

Any "air plants" I've had in the past have just shriveled up & died, but when I was misting these a few days ago, I had a happy suprise

Ive had this for almost 2 years now. It out out one new leaf early this spring, so i know it's not dead, but come on! I even put some Keiki paste on it trying to encourage it. Any opinions? Tips?
