i've officially finished my first month of actually being consistent with the gym. before this, I’d randomly go for like 15 days, disappear for months, then do another 15 days… so this is probably the first time i’ve genuinely stuck with it.
these are my results after one month, and month 2 has officially started. Still a long way to go, but I’m pretty happy with the progress so far.
I’m around 5'8" and 73 kg. The little belly fat is stubborn as hell though 😂
