Bus boss: no more ebikes on transit bus carriers or escooters. If you run out of juice and want to take the bus home you are SOL.

I don't see many cyclists using the bicycle carriers on the local buses, but it is nice to have them in a pinch. I have an ebike with a regular frame and small battery for assist. I don't think the fat tires will fit anyway if you have them. I think it is in reaction to the lithium ion related fires in Toronto recently. There are safe UL listed batteries as well as safe Lithium Iron Phosphate battery chemistries but no actual laws in Canada regarding escooter and ebike batteries.

Epson keeps cancelling my order for a ET-4800 ecotank refurbished.

TLDR: Epson keeps cancelling my printer order and their support is no help.

I just reordered a Epson ET-4800 econtank refurbished featured on the Epson Canada website. Unfortunately every printer and brand had good and bad reviews. Last week I threw out about three printers that no longer work or are no longer supported so it is time for a new one and I am tired of buying and replacing overpriced ink cartridges, and having my printers fail after 2 or 3 years of light use.

Here is my problem: Epson cancelled my first order and gave quite a menu of possible reasons why. I called Epson and asked why, and they told me my order address does not match my credit card. I got the phone representative to place my order. Two days later they cancelled my order again. I checked my credit card statement address and re-ordered again, carefully copying my address as closely as possible. It was not exact, so I called Epson to get them to validate but they would not. I asked for the person who validates because she said she cannot. A simple order for a printer should not be this difficult. Sitting here waiting for another couple of days to see if they cancel again.

Anyone else having this problem and what was the work-around?

This card I have used for years with no problem, and even a couple of online orders elsewhere since my first Epson order with no problems. I have a time-sensitive document I want to print, and I am stuck here waiting with no printer, seemingly at the mercy of a recalcitrant artificial intelligence robot who cannot approve my purchase orders. AI is absolutely great when it gets things right, and nightmarishly scary when it gets things wrong.

Could the person who took the green glass jar associated with a white dresser set out for Treasure Hunt taken on Monday on Barrie Road on Orillia please return the jar as it contained nails and screws I needed to finish assembly of the dresser. I had just gone inside for a break and a coffee. Thankyou.

The Beer Store returns and authorized depots

The Beer Store is saying you can return empties to them or an authorized depot. Is this something new, I have never seen an independent depot for empty returns. Can I start one from home, or do I need a warehouse? Should I be asking Brewers Retail, but I thought someone might know so am asking here first. How much do I get paid?

Is there a premium for carbide saw blades or just shred?

Is there a premium for carbide saw blades or are they just shred?

Is there a way of taking the bits of carbide off or is it just not worth it? I was thinking of a angle grinder cutoff blade or maybe some kind of acid.

Can you identify this Coleman lantern model

And I need to know what size mantel it takes a small or large one. About seventeen inches tall not including the handle. Uses the one pound propane cylinder that screws in from the bottom. The shade is glass and cracked . Is there any glue I could use like a hi temp epoxy I could use to mend the crack?

The lamp auto lights with a spark when turning on. It is a curbside find and I would like to see it working again.
