Would love feedback about these glasses!
What would you change about this haircut? I want to look less symmetrical/finished and more edgy and chic if that makes sense 🤣 I just don’t know what to ask for.
Current routine as of today - clarified with ouai, deep condition with briogeo don’t despair repair, davines this is a curl building serum, ecoslay vanilla whip gel, brushed through with denman, scrunched, plopped, diffused.
Looking to buy a yellow gold gypsy ring or signet size 3-8.5!
I’ve mostly tried wireless but also some with wires and every single one comes up too high and digs into my armpits. I’ve also tried different sizes in the same bras (32DD, 34C). I will say, I think my armpits are unusually fat (like the skin between my armpits and boobs).. but there’s gotta be a bra that doesn’t come up so high?! I also have wide set projected (I think) boobs, and need something that will bring them closer together and push them up a little as they point down. But not looking for something with a ton of push up padding. My favorite so far has actually been the Soma Enbliss… I love how soft and silky the bra is and it’s super comfortable. I would say it comes up the least high out of all the bras I’ve tried… is it possible to get it altered to not come up so high?
Here are the bras I’ve tried:
Soma Enbliss
Wacoal comfort first wireless t-shirt
Natori feathers
B.tempt’d b.wow’d wireless
Aerie sunnie wireless
Aerie superchill wireless

I’ve been dealing with what I assumed was ME/CFS (diagnosed by Integrative Doctor) for about 4 years now, but lately I’ve been wondering if it could be something else.
I’ve had a ridiculous amount of bloodwork done over the years, see an integrative doctor, and have tried a million supplements and treatments. Nothing has made a significant difference.
When this first started, it was really bad. I had extreme fatigue, heavy eyelids/body, sore throat, brain fog, trouble finding words, and a heavy feeling in my face and head that is hard to describe. Sometimes when I’m flaring up, it’s hard to talk to people because my speech feels slower, I lose my train of thought, and I struggle to find words.
I’ve never been bedbound, and I’ve always been able to keep working and do what I need to do, but there have definitely been times when I’ve had to push through and everything felt much harder than it should.
One thing that has always seemed odd to me is how much it comes and goes. I’ll feel terrible for a few weeks or even a few months, then I’ll have a stretch where I feel pretty normal. Then it comes back again. It’s been that pattern for years.
The reason I’m posting now is because a few months ago I randomly had about two weeks where I felt AMAZING. Nothing changed. Same supplements, same routine. I suddenly had all this energy and was lifting weights and doing yoga almost every day. I thought I was cured (lol)!
Then I crashed, and for the last two months I’ve been in one of the worst flares I’ve had. The sore throat is back, my face and head feel super heavy and fuzzy, my eyelids feel sticky and heavy, and the fatigue has been pretty intense everyday. I’ve never taken naps before but take naps almost every day now.
I know people will probably ask what testing I’ve had done, but honestly there’s been so much over the last 4 years that I couldn’t even begin to list it all. My doctor thinks EBV may be playing a role because of past infection. I also tested positive for some mycotoxins and am currently taking PectaSol to try and detox (doing it gently because I’m breastfeeding)
Current supplements/medications:
LDN 4.5 mg
NAD+ nasal spray
CoQ10
Magnesium
Chromium
Lysine
PectaSol
Monolaurin
I’m curious what people think.
Does this sound like ME/CFS?
Has anyone else had symptoms that come and go this much, including periods where you feel almost normal?
Was there any testing that ended up finding something after years of normal or inconclusive results?
And for anyone who thought they had ME/CFS but later found out it was something else, what did it end up being?
At this point I’m just looking for ideas. I’ve never really been able to clearly connect activity with PEM, especially since I can go weeks without crashing and I am definitely still active during those weeks.
I’m obsessed with the look and feel of the Soma Enbliss. I love how it gives me lift and roundness and even gives my separated boobs cleavage which I never have. However it’s so uncomfortable under my armpits (even after trying several sizes) and I know the brand is not very reputable. Any bras similar? I definitely prefer wireless.

I have no clue since they’re slightly tuberous. These are my measurements;
Loose underbust 30.5
Snug underbust 30
Tight underbust 29
Standing bust 34.75
Leaning bust 36.5
Lying bust 36
I love the feel and idea of the Soma Enbliss. So far I got the 32D based on my measurements, but that felt really tight around my underbust and it was digging into my armpits, so I tried the 34C and 32DD, but same problem with both digging into my armpits. So I think it’s just the style rather than the size? To be honest, all three sizes fit me okay.. the 34 definitely felt better but there was really slight gapping. The 32DD fit me better than the 32D. I would love bra recommendations that are super comfy and wireless!

I’m at a total loss with my hair and hoping someone here might relate or have ideas. My hair is very high porosity, medium coarse, and dense and EXTREMELY sensitive to products/ingredients. It struggles to retain moisture, gets out of balance super easily, and seems to go from limp to crispy to straw-like constantly.
I’ve tried clarifying, chelating, high protein, no protein, protein treatments, deep conditioning, lightweight products, heavier products, minimalist routines, more involved routines, air drying, diffusing, different gels, different wash frequencies, etc. Every time I think I’ve found something that works, my hair looks amazing for maybe a few days… and then suddenly stops responding and feels awful again.
Right now I keep my routine really simple (shampoo, conditioner, gel only), avoid ingredients I know bother my hair, and I have soft water but I still can’t get consistent results. Sometimes my curls dry looking defined, but once I scrunch out the crunch they just look dry, undefined, and frizzy.
Has anyone dealt with hair this reactive/sensitive before? Especially high porosity curls that seem impossible to keep balanced? I’d love any product recommendations, ingredient insights, or routines that helped you. I seriously feel hopeless at this point.
Picture of my hair on not great day but not horrible day either.
Routine:
Wash with jessicurl gentle lather shampoo
Condition with brown butter beauty deep conditioner - leave on while I do rest of my routine
Rinse out - while hair is soaking wet, apply gel (ecoslay vanilla whip styling gel) using prayer hands, brush through with denman, then scrunch/pulse a ton.
Plop with a tshirt
Diffuse or air dry
Just got my first bra with the sizing from the calculator (32D) and it feels really tight even on the loosest hook. It feels restricting and a little tight right near my armpits. It’s the Soma enbliss wireliss and honestly my boobs have never looked so good in a bra… the cups seem to fit pretty perfectly and I’m nervous if I go to a 34C it won’t fit as well. Should I suck it up and wear it until it stretches?

I feel like we are definitely not ready for one nap but also feel like her wake windows are so long. She is 9 months old and wake windows right now are 3.25/4/4 and was going to try 3.25/4/4.25 since she still wakes up several times throughout the night. We have tried shorter wake windows but naps were not going well which is why we are at the schedule we are currently on. She falls asleep within seconds/minutes usually and cap naps at 2.5, but bedtime is sometimes so late. DWT is 6:30/45.
I’ve always thought I was a 34a until I used the calculator and found out I’m a 32D. I’m looking for a bra that feels like I’m wearing nothing. I tend to go for bralettes but they don’t give me the shape I’m looking for to wear under tight fitting tops, so I’m looking for something that feels like a soft stretchy bralette but performs more like a bra.
