Rum and cider
There was maybe two ounces left in the bottle of Saint James. I poured the rum over two ice cubes and filled the glass with cider. This is a cider from Sweden. Tasty.

Saint James from Martinique
I bought this bottle today. They use the sugar cane juice not molasses. I had a taste with a couple of ice cubes and a little squeeze of lime. The company website said it would have grassy notes from the sugar cane juice. I tasted that for sure. It has a nice clean taste.
