Hey microdosers🤘🍄

I.m 47, my first experience with shroom was in July 2025; after that I start my own cultivation of GTeachers.

I've had several experiences with my shrooms from 2,5grs to 3,8grs +- and all of them had good experiencies/trips..

I dont have problems of depression or anxiety or things like that; have a normal life, I have a son, a girlfriend, my work, my hobbies, a normal and happy life..

3 years ago I had a separation with mother of my son but ecerything is passed and all good now.

Sometimes I have a litle anxiety because I have a Hypertyroidism Subclinic, this are controled by my doctor, but very normal and think healty..

Begining of May I start with microdose to see effects, and after 2 months I notice that for me doesnt work or I dont need that at all..dont see nothing of good efects, and notice sometimes a litle bad effects.

I start with 0,25 grs...I thought I was strong; I switched to 0,15..litle strong to...and finaly to 0,10.

All I felt was a certain agitation on the day I took it and with farts and more farts..😆😆...nothing more!

I always felt much better in the days following to take a 2,5grs to 3,5 dose..

Its normal this?

When I take shrooms all the time I have this side effect - farts! Too much gas out! Dont feel disconfort but its very strange sometimes..

With normal dose (2 to 3,5) the farts start after 2/3hrs after I take...and have this about 4/5 hours..

With microdose (0,15grs) I have farts all day, in the day that I take the cap of microdose.

Could I have problems with my digestive system?

One month ago I start with microdosing:

- 0,25 grs caps

- fadimans protocol (1 day on, 2 days off)

In days that I take dose feel a litle agitation, heavy head, and a soft headache too..

I change to 0,15 grs caps:

Now dont feel anymore heavy head, headache but in 6/8 hours after I take the dose the agitation continue..

The days after, I feel perfectly fine and very good mood;

If I reduce more maybe I dont have the good effects of microdosing...maybe the "agitation" its a placebo efect and can pass with time..

Dose of 0,10grs maybe its very low..

Hey microdosers..

I have 47...63 kgs..and a few days ago I start a microdose with my GT powdered in capsules..

Start with 250 mg and I take 2 times..in Fadimans Protocol 1 day on, 2 days off..

The 2 days that I take the doses:

- I felt a little agitated..

- "heavy" head

- a bit grumpy in the stomach

But the days after, very good mood..

I have Hypertyroidism subclinic but very low and controled; but sometimes I have a litle anxiety..

Better go to 150mg??

(I have some nice trips with 2,5 to 3,5grs to information...)

Anyone can help me to classify some strains in next list?

Classify by: dificulty of cultivation and grow / psilocybin potency; 1 to 10 (10 its most dificult and most potent)
