Hey guys, deciding between these 2 bikes. Will be commuting to class and hunting/riding on extremely hilly Appalachian mountain firetrails. Interested in having a throttle and easier top speed in the summit and the middrive power for climbing especially if I have a deer in tow. Thanks!

Hb 1525 says nothing regarding a ban to pistol grips on shotguns, yet the ffl I sent my turkey gun to is being really stupid about it. It says an asaault firearm is defined by 18.2-308.2:2 and in there it does not even mention shotguns. My ffl is refusing to transfer it despite me calling the 5 other ffls in the area that said they would do it. I am now out of time for a background check and time to transfer to another ffl. Anything I can do?
Edit- it's a 4+1 and under 7 rounds, not classified as other and is not a pistol grip only gun because it has a stock.

Hey guys, I now have 3 beginner cards, one with a 3k limit, one with an 1800, and a 500 dollar secured card. I got the secured first with the truist who I bank with. Should I just cancel the truist card and get my 500 back? I haven't even activated it. Seems like a waste to hold my 500.
