I've had a crush on a girl at my workplace and it's been almost a year we've been friends. She is pretty comfortable around me and even spend hours talking on call. So recently, her team has been on a strict work timeline and she's been busier and our interaction in the office has reduced drastically. So i texted her that since she's really busy in office hours, how about meeting outside the office and exploring a cafe together that I've been thinking about for sometime. She said it was difficult for her as the cafe was pretty far from her place so i suggested one known for cheese cakes that's closer to her place. She replied "we'll see" and the conversation ended there.

That was last Sunday and since i feel i am being ghosted by her giving me silent treatment. Earlier she'd come at my desk and have small talks no matter how busy she was but since that day it's radio silence. She's crossed my desk number of times this week but no word.

Bruh, if you don't want to come with me, a simple no would suffice but wth is this silent treatment!!? I can take a rejection. I've been rejected a number of times just say the word!

At this point i am not even worried if she'd accept my invitation but the way she's behaving i am worried if she escalates it to HR and try to ruin my reputation among colleagues. I trusted her she'd keep it normal but even if she told her best friends at work and they might spread the word against me. I never thought even a respectful invitation can create such scenario...

I plug in my laptop while gaming with my battery full charged but after a while of gaming the battery light turns to red from white. Is the charger that came with laptop not supplying enough power? The charger is 120W rated. Do i need to get a higher rated charger?
