PLEASE. Walk your dogs in the early morning or in the evening when it’s this hot.

Older gentleman walking two labs on Eagle St. across Glenway Circle today around 130-2pm. F@ck you. Your one lab was clearly struggling with the heat and literally vomiting and you couldn’t even turn you attention to him and help him out instead you kept walking completely unbothered while he struggled. Looked like an elderly dog too. Why the hell are you walking your dogs in the middle of the day in this heat? You want to walk - walk but leave the dogs home at in the middle of the day during a heat wave. Is it so hard to walk them in the early morning or wait until the evening? I can’t get this poor dog out of my head. It didn’t even phase him that his dog was labouring and suffering. What is wrong with people?

Any info on this hallmark?

Not sure if “W” or “M”. Marked 925 and looks vintage 1950s or 1960s. Found in my late mother’s residual jewelry. Love finding out more about these older pieces. Thanks

Any info on the hallmark?

I see the 925 marking for silver but not sure about the jeweller identifier. Not sure if it’s an “M” or a “W”. Ring looks quite old.

Silver Dollars my grandma gave me years ago

Cleaning up and found these old coins my grandma gave me before she passed years ago. I’ve looked them up online and see they are both worth around $60. Was hoping the 1966 would be small bead lucky but alas it does not appear to be. Beautiful coins though and in pretty good shape. I’m not really a collector just wondering though if there is any other useful info that could be given to me while I decide whether to sell them or keep them. Thank you.

Is anyone able to tell me anything about this piece of costume jewelry?

Found in the remnants of my late mom’s jewelry and I think maybe this would have been from one of her relatives. Don’t remember her wearing it and it had me fooled for real gold but it is not as per the jeweller I brought it to for inspection.

52 year old just starting to invest and just opened a TFSA. Have about $30k to start. I’m nervous but willing to stay invested for 10-15years. Is this too short of a timeline and too volatile for my age or should I look more toward VGRO?

Going through late mother’s jewellery. Found this a few months ago and thought it was costume before I started checking for stamps. Loved the ring as soon as I saw it and definitely wanted to wear it but it was a little too big. Was really really dirty too with no shine at all. I don’t have any memories of my mom wearing it. Brought it in to jeweller this week because of the stamps and wanted it resized to fit me. Said it 14 k gold with a 750 stamp which seems odd. Is that normal? The diamond is real and good quality. Like a gift from my mom ❤️I really love it and think it’s super pretty. Definitely looks like an older style ring and wondering if anyone has any ideas when this might be from or any other info. The marking next to the 750 almost looks like a 7 1/2. It’s hard to see.

Found in some of the residue of my late mother’s jewelry. Trying to figure out if any value or costume by the markings.
