anyone got success stories on recovring data from an Dead Unionsine Hard Drive?

i told a story on how i got this UnionSine 12TB 3.5" Desktop External Hard Drive (HD3510) my family got my and now, it no longer works and got a sudden click of death. i wasn't aware about this until i look at the video reviews for this, i would've consulted my family to replace it or moved my files away from it immediately if i seen those early. so for those who bought it and found it not working, is data on the platter/disk inside still safe (even during data recovery)? or is the damage already done?

Anyone wanna play Online in HWU2 with me before Infinite Rush?

i havn't bothered playing online multiplayer when the game came out because i've been burned out from trying to complete story mode's extreme events (especially Drift Masters). but since Hot Wheels Infinite Rush is coming out next week, i decided to complete extreme events (minus dlcs) and then go online only to come across smaller players (1-2) and sometimes no players.

i was wondering if for those who still have that game (& prob DLCs) can play online with me one last time before new hot wheels game arrives on Sept 7-10.

accidentally got RMA delayed

i don't know what i did wrong. iirc, i'm told to add 3 copies of commercial invoices. i don't know if i'm supposed to put it inside the package or outside the package, so i put it inside and they never check (and that's before i found out that i'm supposed to leave it outside. i think). how do i fix this?

UPDATE: i called the fedex and they said that they (and prob the people at the reccent location) acknowledge the commercial invoice in the package, it's just that they were busy with other packages atm and they said it'll still arrive tomorrow or later (i could be wrong because i still wasn't paying attention over having semi-bad ears). i'll recieve the call again tomorrow if they have any updates on whether or not it arrived to the destination. (though, i still need comments if there's something else i need to know)

gonna get RMA soon but i have a question (real quick)

i gonna return it tomorrow and get a new one later, but i just notice that according to this guide, you have to return it without the case box? (shown in this image). there's no sign of steam controller in the instructions though. do i have to return the controller with or without this box case?

about a gift card prize from the arcade

i won a walmart gift card as a prize from an arcade machine called "Road Trip Prize Redemption Wheel Spin Arcade Game" after finished watching a movie in cineplex theaters yesterday, but i noticed that the back of it says "ACTIVATION BARCODE ONLY". do i have to go back and ask? (or even required to go to walmart?) or is it already been activated before being put in the arcade machine anyways? (since i added it to the wallet on a walmart website and i think the card did got activated since december)
