Does anyone know if this is a legit kuromi trick or treat blind box figure?

I was given this in an order I bought from someone (like as a gift because it wasn't shown in the listing) but I can't find anywhere on it if it's official sanrio merch. I have another one from this series and it says sanrio on the feet. I'm just wondering if this is a knock off or original because I know that sometimes branding wears off over time

Has anyone been able to grow more scalp hair to fill in bald spots??

I'm currently freaking out over the fact that my hair is starting to have a lot of areas where there's just not a lot of hair on the top of my head and have been trying to find lots of hair subs for hair growth in those areas. So far I have seen baby hairs grow back quickly, just not where those bald spots are. Has anyone actually found results for filling bald spots??
