KWEB ETF Keeps Going Down

Even when Nasdaq or ASHR etf goes up. It’s likely because China government crackdown on mainland Chinese investing in Hong Kong and overseas stocks. Wonder when it will stop?

Favorite Premium Credit Card (US only)

What’s your Favorite US issued Premium Credit Card? My most expensive card now is $150 annual fee (Hilton Surpress) but have decided to upgrade my travels with a Premium credit card. Some cards might not be feasible (some benefits only available in US) since I only return to USA every couple years.

Worst Award Travel Experience/Mistake?

What’s your worst award travel experience/mistake?

Mine was signing up and loading up on Wyndham points just because of supposed value of points but when started booking hotel stays (mostly in Asia) the return on points was much lower.

Second was buying a lot of Hilton points for .005 to make minimum spend on a credit card.

Is Changchun Good for Summer Travel?

Do you think Changchun is Good for Travel? Been to Changbaishan during previous hot summer travel season and thought it was a good natural forestry place to travel in the summer. From the place I live (Wuhan) there’s no direct flights to there so wondering if Changchun is a good place to visit as well.

Is it weird to eat Oxtail in China?

Do people think it’s weird to eat Oxtail (牛尾) in China? I (ABC) went with my wife (from Hubei) to a wet market in Wuhan and I asked around for Oxtail (for soup) and I got embarrassed/strange looks from my wife and it looked like not widely sold (finally found it in Wuhan Sam’s Club of all places). In SoCal most Chinese supermarkets have it.

Edit Added 牛尾

What Counts Towards Annual Transfer Quota ?

For the $50k USD that you can transfer into China does all of these (all debited from from my overseas bank) ATM withdrawal and Remittance Service (Wise, Remity…) count towards the personal amount allowed. I’m sure wire transfers do count. Thanks
