i had a prescription sent to a walgreens and my provider has texted me that it’s arrived, it’s not showing up in the app

do i have to wait for them to open for it to show?

When i lived in kansas the local sliding scale mental health clinic treated me for adhd and prescribed stimulants

now i live in nashville and the local mental health clinic is strongly against prescribing stimulants so im looking for the best affordable option to resume my meds without having insurance

I’m ashamed to say it but i’ve been abusing a certain substances and just last night realized why rehabs exist - withdrawals are no joke and i absolutely cannot go through that or i will end up homeless - so im going to arrange for myself to go to rehab.

Unfortunately i do not trust anyone I live with and im
not close to family so Id like to know of some recommendations where I can store a car SAFELY for short term (less than 30 days)

I have auditory hallucinations since 2020. It’s constant they are saying my name and making comments grabbing my attention constantly I can’t fucking think for two seconds and I can’t sleep without getting fucked up im going to seriously end up in prison or worse if I don’t get on disability so I can focus on something other than trying to function on a basic level. i’ve not talked to one person who describes their symptoms the same as me. It’s never CLEAR and CONSTANT voices it’s always ‘the idea’ of being stalked, or noises they can barely hear, NEVER clear voices distracting them/taking their focus I cannot fucking focus on anything i’m talking to them in my head all day it’s torture

i have to be fucked up to go to work or i WILL (likely)hurt someone so I am constantly having meltdowns at work and quitting. I am barely paying rent and am running out of places to work.

i’m seriously at my limit and I need help since my ability to function is 100% fucked up. My plan is to work at a day labor place at least 2 days a week (i’m pretty sure i can manage this if i give it my full ability) and that will be enough to cover rent/phone bill etc

Can anyone please give me advice or a walkthrough of the steps i’ve been working full time off and on homeless since i started hearing them
in 2020. I can’t even write what I feel like doing w/o getting banned I need to talk to someone who’s been in a similar situation i have no one and i’m getting older. I was a fully functioning 25yo when I heard voices and now i’m on track to be a homeless broke POS that’s accomplished nothing because of mental illness and I can’t even count on getting accepted it feels like I have to PROVE something and the gangstalkers in my head are making jokes for people around me to tell

In Mid September ‘25 I had a simple fracture right above my left ankle, I believe it was called a bimalleolar. It did not need surgery and I was in a boot pretty quickly. In December the doctor told me I should take it slow and I had a few weeks where the pain from walking on my foot again got better and better, until I forgot i broke it completely.

A few weeks ago I spent an hour or so skateboarding and didn’t have any pain/issues, just flipping the board around. Today I did a lot of walking and maybe a little jog to cross the street and I had a little pain/soreness enough I can’t ignore it and it reminded me that I broke it in the first place and now i’m freaking out. I can still walk on it, but it feels like the muscles around it are sore as hell.

Could this just be sore muscles from walking or should I go to the ER to get it checked for a refracture/stress fracture?

I don’t have disability insurance atm and i’m freaking out

My car (blue 13 Hyundai Elantra) was stolen tonight between 9:00PM and 9:04PM. I know this because I woke up around 11pm and saw that it was gone. My camera records in 10-second clips and all it shows is that it’s there, and that it’s gone. It was stolen from the Edge o Lake neighborhood.

I’m waiting on the police to get here so I can file a report. I don’t have anything but liability insurance on it.

What I want to know is how likely is it that cops will eventually find it abandoned? Or what usually is the outcome of this?

Also if anyone has any advice/tips for me in this department, I work weekend shifts in Mt Juliet and I’m trying to figure out what’s the best course of action for keeping my job. I have a buddy that can get me there for the rest of this weekend, but I’m gonna have to bike it (11mi) if I want to keep my job/housing etc

If anybody has any advice on an ebike or whatever specific kind of pedal bike would be greatly appreciated

For context I deal with debilitating mental illness (auditory hallucinations). After trying the meds and realizing they don’t help I found kratom was an alternative that allowed me to get off of the streets, but a car, save money, etc.

Fast forward to today they are banning kratom completely in a few months and my hair is so thin I have to keep it shaved (it looks sad)

I don’t have any insurance, but I’ve been told Suboxone clinics will do a short schedule of meds to get me off of Kratom/7OH.

All the clinics I can find on Google are charging 200+ for uninsured patients and I can’t afford that does anyone know of any way I can get addiction treatment for free/discounted while uninsured?
