One of the episodes of the last seasons Jez starts to drink piss. I find it strange because they never mention it before, they didn’t discuss what’s happening and why he’s drinking piss. Is it for health purposes or kink or what?

I’m one semester away from graduating, and I’ve been working on improving my Excel skills. So far I’ve been learning and practicing formulas like SUMIF, SUMIFS, COUNTIF, COUNTIFS, IF, and others.
What I’m looking for are Excel workbooks or datasets that include practice exercises so I can apply what I’ve learned instead of just following tutorials.
Does anyone know of any websites, GitHub repositories, or other resources that provide Excel practice files with exercises (preferably with answers)?

I deleted TikTok and Instagram because I felt they were hurting my attention span. However, I’ve realized that I’ve mostly replaced them with YouTube, and I still watch a lot of Shorts and other mindless content.
It made me wonder: did I actually make any progress, or did I just swap one distraction for another?
Has anyone else gone through this? If so, what helped you reduce screen time instead of just switching platforms?

For some reason, I thought the last episode of the final season would have some kind of reunion with the friend group. Instead, it was really depressing. Does this mean they’re no longer friends?

Every time she comes on screen, I immediately get exhausted. Just hearing her talk is draining.
Does anyone feel the same way?

I’ve been taking Fluvoxamine 100 mg for years, but I feel like it isn’t helping my anxiety and depression anymore.

I’m considering switching to another antidepressant, but I’m scared for two reasons:

1. I’m worried about withdrawal symptoms while tapering off Fluvoxamine.
2. I’m worried about weight gain since I’m already overweight.

I already have an appointment booked with my psychiatrist. I’m just looking for personal experiences, not medical advice.
