Increasing the "preset spending limit"

VentureX Business for 2-3 years, set on Autopay in Full since opening.
Average statement $5-10K, sometimes $40-50K when used for quarterly estimates.

Not my main card, but decided to migrate much of my spending to it. Charged a few things, balance is $13K, and the card is being declined for being over the preset spending limit.

What is my preset spending limit? Nobody knows. The card has none. But the purchasing power is somehow limited by it.

Called them, got nowhere. No changes to my credit score (around 800), financials (well above any conceivable requirement). I needed to build up my miles balance for a travel partner transfer, but not with this ridiculous limit.

Ideas?

Shinta Mani Mustang, and Upper Mustang in general

For many years, I've wanted to go the Forbidden Kingdom of Lo. I know absolutely nothing about it, but that is one cool name. Like Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, except not as marketed and much less accessible.

Shinta Mani Mustang looks great. A few questions, to those that have been or have booked:

  • weather - is March too early in the year? What is the optimal spring window?
  • it has a 5 night min - is that a hard requirement or are they flexible?
  • is there actually enough to do for 5 nights - no interest in spa/wellness side, more hiking/cultural exploration. Looking at the list of experiences, seems it leans heavy into yoga/healing side.
  • any reasonable alternatives that don't require 5-night stay?

Thanks!

London higher-end apartments or aparthotels

Looking for higher-end apartments or suites in aparthotels in London. Or suites in regular hotels, but we care a lot more about the room size than public amenities (we never use spa/gym/etc). Outdoor space like a balcony or terrace would be an added bonus.
Any suggestions?

Suggestions for winery lunches in western Tuscany (Livorno, Lucca, Volterra triangle)

We'll be spending a few days in western Tuscany, near Pontedera.

Looking for recommendations for winery lunches in that area. Preference for great atmosphere, beautiful scenery, great wine, and good food, in that order 😄 - food could be cheese and cold cuts, wine should be nice but approachable on a lazy afternoon (although serious enough to be taken with us for dinner), but ambiance and scenery warm, friendly, and memorable.

Any suggestions would very welcome!

Fidelity/MS - any perks from having most of the accounts there?

Currently have our assets between Fidelity and Morgan Stanley, roughly $10M each. Nearly all are in ETFs, self-directed, and a small (<$1M) account with MS in various alternatives. No fees being paid (other than whatever the advisor makes on the alts).

I've been with Fidelity for 25 years, other than a brief period of having a rep, never spoke with them or asked them for anything. MS I've been with about 2 years or so, have an advisor but also never really asked him for much.

I wonder if I should be getting any kind of "special perks" from keeping assets at either brokerage, but not sure what I might get or would need.

We are in a very slight decumulation stage, mostly from cash reserves which should last for another couple of years or so. No debt. No major expenses on the horizon. No borrowing needs at this time. Estate planning largely done, but of course could use a second pair of eyes every once in a while as lives/laws change.

For people who are holding $10-30M at brokerages - what do you get from them, is there one that gives more than the others?

Thank you in advance.
