

Still making progress on maintenance
Both DEXA scan pictures are about 1.5 years apart which is about as long as I've also been on maintenance. To clarify there is about a 10 pound difference between the two pictures since I did lose a bit more weight throughout my maintenance phase.
Body fat went from 28 to 19 percent. Lean Muscle mass went from 112 to 120lbs. I've started to take going to the gym much more seriously in the last 3 months and I still have a LONG way to go to achieve my muscle growth goals but I definitely see a light at the end of the tunnel to where I actually want to be 🥲 I'm just shocked at the progess that can still be made even when the number on the scale stops moving. There's always more to be done! Get grinding!
