Gick in på gp:s sidor idag och slogs av hur mycket trams det är upplagt där. Korta videoklipp med någon som ska framstå som reporter, där man pratar om allt möjligt trams. Någon grej som en Youtuber hade gjort på götaplatsen. Jaha? Sedan fortsätter det på samma sätt. Jag vet att Stampen Media har varit i kris och det här kanske är deras väg att gå. Men det känns väldigt lågt. Börjar även fundera på vad "reporter " betyder i deras värld. Det känns inte som det är seriöst journalism i alla fall. Vänder sig GP med till unga med f ämst Youtube och tiktok referenser än till vuxna människor? Tråkigt att se att en tidning som ändå levererade vanlig och bra journalistik tidigare, nu har förvandlats till något annat. Är det lika mycket B-artiklar i den tryckta tidningen? Var hittar ni förresten seriös journalistik och "normala" nyheter idag, gärna neutralt presenterat?

My X-T4 seem to have troubles with shadows. Whiter parts tur really cold/blue. After a while it seems like it corrects itself. Never had this issue on other cameras. I used AWB white. Its occasionally rhat i shoot jpg, otherwise its raw. Is AWB "iq" lower on fuji than other brands. What could fool the camera to set a cold tone and is there any quick AWB force metering for such situations?

Hi. Using Lethal in Studio One 5 Artist, but the GUI is just too tiny. Seems like there are no way to scale the plugin only? What are my alternatrives? =P Im in Win 11.

Hi. I need a new primary screen for my PC setup. Today I have one screen, LG 27GL83a. It's OK, if you dont love bright colors or contrast. ;-) But its a decent screen but with a non-sexy panel. This will now be my second screen instead. I will use it vertically for maps etc.

I'm now looking for another 27" 2560 x 1440 screen BUT with much better panel for both image editing (home use - non pro - but I'm a bit fuzzy about my pics), video editing (still non pro), and it should also be able to handle gaming OK (gaming for me is Fligth simulator 2024), so 60hz smooth (or more).

I was thinking of getting a 4K which also would work great with my macbook (apple computers hate anything under 4K), but I will put that wish aside for now. This resolution is enought. (cant afford to upgrade to 4k gaming anyway...or i might need to start scaling).

Anyhow... Is it stupid not to go 4K ? OLED? Micro-LED Some other standard?

Any specific screens on a 300 - 500 dollars budget I should look closer into? =)

It's not the first time that I want to bring up the question regarding the perrformance of ORBX ESSA. Its a HOG, or badly optimized. Yeah, the MS version i unactivated etc. I dont have mediocre hardware either. Also i have found the moving vehicles to stutter each and every second, truly annoying. Im actually thinking of uninstalling it, since Im fine with the standard Arlanda. But are you guys seeing any performanc issues? Also - why the fork can't we choose to remove the vehicles around the aiport (theres no choice for that in the ORBX program). And...is it really optimized the best way it could? (im not a programmer, i have no clue about how hard that is). Is the sceneries resolutions very high? (can you scale that down?).

I'm just trying the new version. Theres no pilot in COD (or will he show when engines are started). Also when panning around the plane in exterior camera mode, there is some kind of "halo" or double canopy showing up...like a second canopy. Oh, when selecting the model of the F-16 before start, its not that easy to tell which versions there is. (i guess same model shows up?). There is no pitot covers, chocks or similar at COD either. Not sure, but this should be a brand new version, right? =P Do I have to remove some hidden settings or files, folders from old version to get this to work (but got it from MP so Im having a hard time thinking that could be done).
Also...the right comms display flickers a lot when looking around.

Whats your honest opinion? When I got it several years ago, i was kind of dissapointed. Now...theres the same feeeling. Its not a hi-fid aircraft, but well... I guess i hoped for more. But maybe its great in the air... =P

Har jag missat något? Finns det ingen schysst lunchrestaurang som ligger vid vatten i vatten och västkuststaden Göteborg? Enda jag kan komma på som har legat ganska nära vattnet var kasinots restaurang. Måste man ta sig till Lindholmen eller Långedrag eller liknande för att få västkustkänslan? Sen har vi Porter Pelle men det är borta vid Klippan. Måste väl finnas fler ställen?

Hello. I am so, so tired of seeing these graphics load every time. I wish there was an option to not see anything else but the bar when things are loading, or maybe just a "FS2024" Text. I dont need to see these intro graphics, videos etc...

Any fast load, like for FS2020, but for FS2024? =)

This has been going on for about a month now.

How to get the sim to load normal? Tried to remove stuff from my Community folder, and also sync time etc - but nothing seem to help.

The sim also seem to "forget" my live time settings etc. I have to set it back almost (not always) every time. It goes back to "preset". Howcome?

What more? Well, when quitting - it takes a very long time for the sim to fully quit (after getting out from sim to desktop). The FS24 icon seem active.

All GSX options in the ini EFB is set to Auto
I DO have fuel, payload and passagers to be loaded.

When, from the EFB choosing to let GSX handle it all, it just seem to board passengers, and the number of pax is correct. But Fuel and cargo is not loaded. I have to choose, from EFB, to load these "instantly".

Why is not, first of all, fuel loaded (and shown with truck etc), and why does not cargo seem to be loaded either (but I could see cargotrucks working).

Is there a glitch or setting Im not aware of? Please help me figure out this. Any settings in either GSX 4 or the A340s EFB to definetily turn off to get it to work?

EDIT: Neither does pushback work as intended. Nothing happens if i switch the beacon on (as trigger for gsx), neither if I choose in the Inibuilds EFB to "pushback". No info given either. Not sure how to go on from here.

with the Fenix, things just (in moste cases) worked kind of flawlessly for me.

Hello fellow pilots! I'm so bl***y tired of almost only seeing (and flying) airliners at FL350+ . I would love to see some more GA over our beautiful country. See this as an invite to Sweden, a very beautiful country with a lot of forests, beautiful fields, lakes, the ocean in the southwest (across denmark), the "Östersjön" on the east side and a lot more. Up, top-north of Sweden, at this time, the sun almost never go down. Do some low altitude flights and enjoy the wondeful landscape. It's also close to finland, denmark and norway (and only a little longer trip to germany, poland, france etc). Give it a try. You'll love it! Welcome! Biggest Airports: ESSA, ESGG, ESSB, ESMS. Btw, Sweden is the Home of the JA37 Viggen, the 39 Gripen - and a bunch of other really, really wonderful planes like the Tunnan, Lansen och not to forget, the Draken (The Dragon).

Inget behov av dubbla skivbromsar eller remdrift (om det inte är en big win). Är ca 173cm lång. Vill ha dammodell och lätt att ta ner foten, dvs int för högt heller från pedaler och ner till marken. (Been there) Bra batteri med.

Ecos gen 4 är en koloss! Men kanske det bäst i konkurrensen? Crescent får sådär när användare sätter betyg. Hur är resten av de märken som finns? Nej eller inte betala 30 tkr eller mer. Max 25-30 tkr. Något guldkorn man missar?

Vad finns det för bra riktiga restauranger i Göteborg centrum? Letar efter något ställe som kan bli liksom ens egna så att säga. Ska inte vara lyxig öt utan mer ett gott ställe där man kan få allt från Husman till annan mat. Som gärna har bra lunch men också ett ställe man kan gå till senare på kvällen. Tycker de krogar som finns bland annat på Avenyn känns så skumma. Har börjat ifrågasätta. Ibland känns det som att man gissar hur man lagar mat. På ett ställe Kan man få in riktigt bra mat vid ett tillfälle och vid nästa undrar man om det är en prao som har stigit in i köket. Klarar inte av sådan varierande nivå på kvalitén. Finns det något bra ställe som inte är ett kombinerat Sportbar eller ölhak? Samt har bra priser! Skippar gärna kinakrogar.

I used it a lot in FS2020, but I have no clue if it is good working or lots of bugs etc in FS2024...

Is it better than the default 152 and 172's (in FS2024 that is).

I have not seen it been update in about 1 1/2 year.

So, I have tried to set ground traffic (cars etc) to both mid and high, but they hardly never show up on the road in front of me. They are at the side of me, or under me. Would it not be better with a smart solution where cars are placed where i see them from cockpit? I want cars on roads a can se a bit away, not just under the plane (from outside). Is OLOD affecting traffic distance? Dont think so. And choosing high or ultra does not seem to to the job either.
