Is confusion common?

Hello I just checked in with my neighbor with cirrhosis earlier today and they said the TV was broken. It turned out the TV was perfectly fine he just was confused on how to use to remote. One month ago he was way more coherent and lively. Should I be more concerned?

Help me find a place plss

I am trying to find places for our honeymoon. Since we are both hispanic, we want somewhere that does not speak spanish (I know that excludes a lot). We also do not want overused places like Hawaii. We were thinking places like Vietnam but next June will probably be wet season (we want a beach). Just asking for suggestions. Thanks

Bad gas mileage?

Switched from a subaru crosstrek 2013 to a santa fe 2015 and gas seems to be draining much faster? I looked online and they are the same?
