Ps3 fat fan gets loud and shuts off when playing a game

I just replaced the thermal paste, the fan wasn't dirty at all, and the ps3 has good airflow. I have webman installed and I read that it makes the fan really loud, is that the problem? should I delete it?

I've been playing this game for over a decade and I haven't had a world that lasted longer than 3 weeks. It's embarrassing to admit this but I only beat the dragon 2 times solo.
