The settings it is recommending is 14 for grind size, but we have played around with it and it still keeps coming out bitter any ideas?

So I am in need to purchase new shoes and currently use Stability shoes, but I was told recently that using stability shoes + Superfeet Inserts is overkill and can lead to over correcting.
With that in mind, since I mainly walk and am on my feet for long periods of time, more than actually running, but would still like to be able to do that if need be, what would your recommendations be?

Looking to get a higher quality Guitar Hero controller and figured that I would go with the new ones from CRKD, but they only have a mechanical keyboard fret that has the flat buttons, and I liked the raised traditional Guitar Hero buttons. Any options I could look into? Pretty new to Clone Hero (Had a Wii Controller but the buttons were way too mushy and had lots of missinputs lol)
