today at 6am at the 8th Ave/75th street bus stop, a coyote with a cat in his mouth came running down 75th towards dibble Ave. the cat seemed to be dead already otherwise i would have gotten involved.

after itching and itching for a change, i used a blend of Igora color with vol 10 developer on my virgin hair. i know red can fade and I hope that’s it, but in some lighting my hair color looks great and some my roots look very bright. if it is the dreaded hot roots, what’s my best route? or will the brightness fade after time/with washes? thank you!

preferably cruelty free! looking to feel like I’m in edinburgh, scotland in the fall. I went years ago and miss it every day.

I started supplementing iron (28mg) a day in January and got my copper iud removed to help with my iron levels. after being retested in April, I found out my ferritin went up 20 points but my saturation is pretty low (8%). I’m not 100% sure what it was before, but around 2 years ago my saturation was 33. my doctor said to keep doing what I’m doing but I still feel like shit. would 100mg elemental iron a day be too much, even if only for a month?

I know it’s been just over a month but is there regrowth? or am i going crazy

sweet neptune this perfume is amazing. the raspberries and coconut are DELICIOUS and it’s a very mature but fun fruity scent. omg

has anyone had something like this? I’ve been pretty diligent about taking my iron every other day. I still feel awful. Currently waiting to hear back from my doctor but im just so anxious
