I quit overthinking and built a sandwich QSR

After days of planning, testing recipes, changing my mind a hundred times, and eating way too many sandwiches, it’s finally happening.

Substation Sandwich Company will be opening soon in Whitefield, Bengaluru.

The goal has always been simple: serve really good subs with fresh ingredients, generous fillings, and prices that don’t make you regret ordering a sandwich.

There are still a few things left before we officially open, but we’re getting close. I’ll be sharing the journey, the wins, the mistakes, and of course, lots of sandwich photos along the way.

If you’re around Whitefield, I’d love for you to drop by once we’re open. And if you have any suggestions, menu ideas, or just want to roast my sandwiches, I’m all ears.

See you soon. 🥖

(sorry for choosing Tips and Tricks flair, no other option)

Forever thankful to my bro for getting the branding done ✅

A few weeks ago, all I had was a rough idea in my head: keep the logo subtle, clean, and something that people would actually remember instead of another loud fast-food brand.

Today, I’m holding the stickers, packaging, and branding in my hands, and it honestly feels surreal seeing it all come to life.

Huge shoutout to my bro who absolutely nailed the vision. Every sticker, every little detail, and the overall branding turned out even better than I imagined.

If you’re a small business owner, starting a brand, or just want genuinely cool stickers and branding without the generic corporate look, I’d happily recommend him.

Feel free to DM me, or reach out directly on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/stickerfever.in?igsh=MWVsMnVzM3JieTF3cA==

Supporting small businesses that help build other small businesses just feels right. ❤️

I quit overthinking and started a sandwich QSR instead.

My bank account says this is a terrible idea.

My heart says, "Do something of your own."

So... we're doing it.

Launching a small QSR in Whitefield soon, with one mission: serve genuinely good subs without charging airport prices.

Expect fresh bread, quality fillings, generous portions, and prices that make you come back because you want to—not because you've already invested ₹500 in one sandwich.

If all goes well, you'll find your new neighborhood sub spot. If not... at least my family gets unlimited sandwiches.

Wish me luck. And drop your dream sandwich in the comments—I might put it on the menu.

Will drop location and other details soon.

Starting a new venture - Substation Sandwich Company (Arrange your meetups here 🤭)

After months of obsessing over bread, sauces, pricing, and questioning my life choices… I’m finally opening my own sandwich/QSR in Whitefield. 🌯

The goal is pretty simple:

Good subs. Fresh ingredients. Portions that don’t make you feel scammed. Prices that don’t require a personal loan.

No ₹300 “artisanal” sandwich that’s 90% lettuce.

Just honest, loaded subs made the way I’d want to eat them.

Still putting the finishing touches on everything, but we’re getting close. If you’re around Whitefield, I’d love to have you drop by once we open.

And if there’s a sandwich combo you’ve always wished someone sold in Bangalore, tell me below, might just steal the idea (legally).

See you soon. 🥖

I bought an Acer AC from Reliance Digital online. They delivered it and installation was also done through their side. Since Day 1, the AC has not been working properly / is effectively dead. It has now been around 2 months and till date no technician from Acer or Indkal has visited despite multiple complaints being registered.

I contacted Acer on X (Twitter) and through email. Acer has clearly shifted responsibility to Indkal and said the product/service is handled by them.

Meanwhile, my grandparents have suffered badly in 44°C summer heat without AC, after paying full amount for a brand new unit. At home I am constantly being blamed because I was the one who ordered it online.

I want to take legal action for deficiency in service and harassment, and seek replacement/repair plus compensation (thinking of claiming ₹2 lakhs).

Indkal office is in HSR Layout, Bengaluru.

My questions:

  1. Best cost-effective legal route? Consumer court? Legal notice first?

  2. Can I file myself without expensive lawyer fees?

  3. Whom should I include — Indkal only, or Acer too?

  4. Any lawyer / consumer activist references in Bengaluru?

  5. Realistic timeline for resolution?

I have screenshots, emails, complaint IDs and proof of follow-ups.

Any genuine suggestions appreciated.
