Is HCV even mains level?

So I have cengage phy and a friend lended me his HCV. Now, Cengage itself is like Mains+++ book and but not purely advance level.

Now, I compared their kinematics, and the level of difference, especially in projectile motion is huge. Like the theory, illustrations and back exercises are so much more difficult.

Compare that to HCV which barely has 1 page of theory for projectile and except for 4-5 questions and solved example(the triangle one) is relatively easy.

What to do during coaching break?

So my coaching just gave me a 13 day break. I have been solving cengage for math, cengage for phy and neeraj kumar for chem for past 2 days of the break, like 15 questions of each subject.

The problem is, I feel very unmotivated without coaching and that has led to my screentime going up.

I also wanna improve my test scores, I score 231/300 in the last test which was like 50 marks away from the topper.

So what do I do?

PYQs or Cengage first?

So my coaching gave us vacation of 15 days so I've got hell lot of time. Only Quadratic equations and some part of SnS have been completed.

For Quadratic, should I do PYQ first or Cengage first?

I've no idea about the path to complete a chapter

How to increase test marks?

So a few tests have been conducted in my coaching and I'm scoring like 230-240/300 which I don't find to be very good.

Especially because I feel there are so many questions that I feel are easy but I end up panicking and overcomplicating them.

I feel my concepts are strong, because at home I am able to do so many of the high level problems my coaching gives as HW, but my mind goes blank in tests.

In tests - physics is way too easy, Chemistry its mains++ and math is like maybe mains?

How to improve state of mind specifically?
