I found this a couple of days ago and it doesn’t work and I have been doing some research on how to upgrade to play more games , what would be the best route to mod it? And could I convert it to be able to have controls like for two people? Is there a cheap route or do I expect to pay more than $200 to get it running again with new games ?

I have tried a new power cable and made sure all plugs are connected on the board so far but I can’t get it to turn on
