People doing online business in Nepal, how are you managing deliveries and finances?

Hii people,

For those of you running an online business in Nepal, whether it's full time or just a side hustle, how are you managing deliveries and finances?

Once orders start increasing, it's sachi not possible to deliver sabai order haru yourself. Aba sabai Pathao ni garna mildaina cause idk if they have CoD line wala system kine bhane some customers only want to pay in cash, so refusing CoD isn't always an option.

I have heard people mention Nepal Can Move, but I don't really understand how their system works. How do deliveries, CoD settlements, and payments work there?

Also, what about billing? Some businesses ask for a invoice. If you're doing a side hustle and your business isn't registered yet, how are you handling that? I don't think you can issue bills under tyo personal PAN.

Would love to hear how you guys are managing all this. Any advice or experience would be really helpful.

Cheers!

Small luxury haul, and now I'm second guessing the order I should introduce everything

I just did a small restock plus a couple of new-to-me higher end pieces, and i'm trying to be more disciplined about how i work them into my routine instead of doing the usual excited-person thing and opening everything at once.

My skin is pretty normal to slightly dehydrated, but it gets reactive if i stack too many "active-feeling" formulas too fast. i also find that with luxury skincare, texture and finish matter almost as much to me as results because if something pills, feels too filmy, or makes makeup sit weird, i stop reaching for it no matter how beautiful the formula is.

My current plan is:

- add one new step every 10 to 14 days
- keep the rest of my routine boring and consistent while i'm testing
- patch test first, then use on full face
- track changes by area of the face instead of just asking myself "do i like this"

Where i get stuck is routine placement when multiple products seem like they belong in the same slot. for example, if you bring in a new hydrating layer, a richer cream, and a treatment serum around the same time, how are you deciding what gets tested first? do you start with the thing most likely to support barrier and then move into treatment, or do you test in the order you're most excited about so you can actually tell whether it's worth keeping?

Also curious how people here evaluate luxury products fairly. with mid-range stuff i'm pretty quick to declutter if i'm not impressed, but with more expensive skincare i catch myself thinking "maybe i just haven't found the right placement yet" and then i end up trialing it for way too long. i don't want to be unfair to a formula, but i also don't want to force a fit.

Things i personally pay attention to during the first month:

- immediate feel and spreadability

- whether it plays nicely with the rest of the routine

- next morning skin feel, especially tightness vs bounce

- whether my skin looks more even or just more coated

- if i start avoiding it for any reason

Would love to hear how you all approach a luxury haul when you want to actually learn something from it, not just rotate through pretty jars and hope for the best. if you have a personal rule for introduction order, testing window, or deciding a product belongs in AM vs PM, i'd really like to hear it.

How do you tell if your routine is actually helping when skin changes day to day?

So i'm still pretty new to skincare and one thing that's confusing me is how inconsistent my skin looks from day to day.

Some mornings i wake up and think, okay, my texture looks smoother and my redness is calmer. then the next day i swear everything looks worse again, even though i didn't change anything. same routine, same lighting in my bathroom, same general diet/sleep, and i still feel like i'm guessing.

My current routine is really basic:

AM:
- gentle cleanser or sometimes just water
- moisturizer
- sunscreen

PM:
- gentle cleanser
- moisturizer

My skin is kind of combo and gets redness easily, mostly around my cheeks and nose. i also get a few clogged pores and random breakouts, but nothing severe.

For people who have been doing this longer, how do you tell the difference between normal day to day fluctuation and your routine actually not working? i have been using this app named Skinpal AI for the daily selfie tracking part. it does helps a little to see the skin numbers instead of just relying on my mood that day do you track progress somehow, like weekly photos or notes, or do you just go by feel?

I m trying not to overreact and switch things too fast, but i also don't want to waste months doing something that isn't helping. would love to hear how you all judge progress without spiraling every time your skin looks bad for one day.

Sick of looking at my face in the car mirror + what actually helped my rolling scars

Hey everyone, just needed to vent to the only community that actually gets it. I swear nothing ruins my day faster than catching a glimpse of my skin in the morning car lighting. You think your face is looking decent in the bathroom mirror, and then you get under that harsh natural sunlight and suddenly every single indent and shadow is magnified by a hundred. It is honestly so exhausting dealing with the mental toll of this. I have been dealing with a mix of rolling and boxcar scars on my cheeks for about three years now after a really bad hormonal breakout. I spent thousands on random topical creams and serums that promised to fix texture, but surprise, none of them did anything for deep scarring. I actually started looking into real treatments after I used this app called Skinpal AI to analyze my skin texture. I uploaded a few photos in that awful overhead lighting, and the app actually broke down the different types of scarring I had, showing me where the deepest volume loss was. It gave me a realistic reality check that topicals weren't going to cut it for tethered scars and suggested looking into clinical options like subcision. Taking that info to a real dermatologist made a huge difference. They confirmed exactly what the app flagged that topical skincare cant fix structural damage under the skin which saved me from wasting more money. So far, based on that plan, I have done two sessions of subcision combined with microneedling. The downtime was pretty brutal, I looked like a swollen bruised mess for a solid four days, but I am finally starting to see a real difference. My rolling scars dont look as deep when the light hits my face from the side, and the overall texture feels a bit smoother. It is definitely not a 100% fix and I still have a long way to go, but it is the first time I have seen actual progress.

For anyone who has been dealing with this long term, how do you handle the mental side of it on bad skin days? And if you did subcision, how many sessions did it take before you felt satisfied with the results?

▲ 2 r/acne

seriously on the verge of tears... thought my skin was finally clearing up but woke up to a massive cystic flare up!!

honestly just need to vent and also ask for advice because im feeling so absolutely defeated today. for the last month, my skin was actually looking decent and i thought i finally found a routine that worked for my hormonal acne. the red marks were fading and i havent had a painful deep bump in weeks. then i woke up this morning and looked in the mirror only to find three huge, painful blind pimples right on my jawline and cheek. they are the type that hurt to even move my face and they dont have a head or anything so i know popping them is out of the question. it is just so frustratin because i havent changed anything in my routine. i use a gentle cleanser, a basic moisturizer, and my acne treatments exactly like im supposed to. i change my pillowcases constantly and eat healthy but it feels like my body just decides to ruin my progress out of nowhere.

how do you guys deal with the mental toll of this? it feels like a never ending cycle where you take one step forward and ten steps back. if anyone has a holy grail product or trick to bring down the swelling of deep cysts overnight please let me know. any advice would be greatly appreciated because i am just so tired of hiding my face.
