MTGO does not follow the rules of Promise of Loyalty by allowing players to opt out of putting a vow counter on a creature they control.
The official ruling of Promise of Loyalty states: "Each player, including you, must put a vow counter on a creature they control if able. They can't choose to opt out and sacrifice all of their creatures."
However, on MTGO it gives players an option to click "No" when it's time to assign a vow counter, allowing them to sacrifice all of their creatures. This bug caused me to lose a game because my opponent was able to sacrifice their single creature on their board (their commander), and recast it on their next turn to attack me with lethal damage.
I am getting really tired of losing to bugs on mtgo. I've submitted this one on their official forums, but if anyone with the power to fix it sees this please do so, as it's a very big oversight.
