Busy mom with pole background who wishes to learn cord lisse from home

I’ve had my eyes opened to the world of cord lisse and am obsessed! Currently, I’m an extremely busy mom with very little break away from my LO so I’ve been keeping up with pole with home lessons from my old studio’s owner via zoom lessons. I think it’s doable for me because I trained for a while in person, getting the necessary corrections. Would it be possible or advisable to install a rope at home and try lessons via zoom given that I won’t have had any cord lessons in person but a pretty strong pole background? The nearest aerial studio that offers lessons is about 40 minutes away so I just can’t afford the round trip time plus time for the lesson even once a week

Would you feed a ten month old stew ( specifically borscht ) that has 1/2 cup of red wine cooked into it?

Early into the process ? To deglaze the beef?

Baby sat in diarrhea overnight. Will she be okay?!

My baby hasn’t pooped overnight since she was a newborn. She had one watery poop in the evening and I put her to bed. I noticed that she groaned a bit around midnight (which she does sometimes )but then she went back to sleep. I fed her at four am and noticed the smell and she had diarrhea that was half dry! I felt sooo awful and worried sick that she will get a UTI more than anything. We are fanatic about barrier cream and she has no signs of rash thankfully but the poop was so watery that I think some got in her nether regions. Will she be okay?! How do I prevent this in the future?!

Anybody wonder how the infant that Celeste Ayala breastfed knew how to latch when he was supposedly only FF?

From my understanding, babies who only bottle feed lose the ability to bf after sometime. Btw, kudos to her for her great act of compassion 👏

Anybody give up on sleep training after traveling a lot?

We’re in the process of retraining our 7.5 month baby after a big international trip. I was told retraining would be easier since they already have the skills but it was SO much harder than when we initially trained at four months. This time, there were so many motn wakes and crying, she was able to pull to stand and sit up by herself so a lot of wakes involved nodding off to sleep while standing or sitting and hitting herself on the side of the crib when she’d nod off and then crying and screaming as a result. It’s been a nightmare. It makes us not want to do big international traveling again. A friend of mine who travels a lot with her kids said she ended up cosleeping with her three kids after age two because retraining got harder and harder as they got older and more heart breaking. I really cannot go back to cosleeping but is that our future if retraining is that much harder as they get older and more aware?!

Help! Jet lagged 7 month baby

My previously almost perfect sleeper, sleep trained baby has been waking up every two hrs screaming til I hold or feed her since we came back from India which is a 13 hr time difference so I knew it was gonna be rough and have been strictly capping her naps and keeping her regular daytime schedule (2 hrs day sleep max and 4 hr window before bed, bedtime 7:30 wakeup at 6:30). I’ve been making sure she goes down independently and wide awake but she’s still waking up every two hrs screaming til I hold her. I try to transfer her to crib when deep asleep and sometimes she transfers and sometimes she screams til I go back to holding her. I knew it would be rough but my worry is that assisting her to sleep at every wake like this will form bad habits and cause her to be reliant on assistance. She also has EMW and I have had to hold her til dwt for starting from 5am. Help, is what I’m doing okay or should I be letting her CIO for non hunger wakes? We’ve been back for about 5 days and she no longer has trouble staying awake during the day and keeping her regular schedule

My baby was sleeping 2hrs and 20 minutes total day sleep capped as her sweet spot for great 11 hr overnight sleep. Then one night we had a ton of wakes so I reduced her nap to two hrs total and she slept great again. Repeated the next night. Is it normal that baby’s sleep needs reduced that drastically literally overnight ? She’s also teething btw

It’s hard to describe what I want but I heard that k palettes are the best for what I’m looking for. I’m looking for a neutral eye shadow palette that has very buttery almost sheer shades with some very fine subtle milled shimmer that is more glowy than summer? I’m looking for the subtly and pigment of mineral based blushes/glowy bronzers . TIA
