One month after first post

Device - S23

1st post - https://www.reddit.com/r/Scamsunged/s/B7vqFIbuTo

" These all started after a single One UI 8 update, and it didn't happen all at once — it gradually got worse every day.

There's not a single scratch on my phone and I have used it with a case from the day I bought it .
I don't remember it falling down for even ones.
The cracked part on screen is screen guard , which was cracked not even from falling on the ground , but from slightly hitting on the table , which I didn't even notice at first .
it broke two week after the green line started showing up so that is not the cause .

I don't game on my phone , or do any intense tasks . I just use it for calling , texting and 1 - 2 hrs of instagram or other social media apps .

To the people saying its not because of update and it because of my usage, are you saying that the so called flagship s23 cant even handle these tasks "

Now the battery is swelling?

I didn't even use the phone that much in the last month [ Have a secondary phone ]
My sister uses it sometimes [ listening to music and stuff ]
Never was in a switched off state

You are samsung's CASH COW

The free replacement policy is only available in india and they will only replace indian devices . from what i have heard from some of my friends is that , they give absolutely ridiculous reasons so that you wont get a free replacement , consumers basically have to beg them and if that doesn't work they will have to threaten them with filing case in consumer court , if this works they will get free replacement and if not they will only give discound on replacement . still some service centers will not care , and the users will have to go to social medias like 'x' and post photos . then maybe they will get some solution .
Even if all these works out they need the bill from 2 -3 years ago with your name on it . what if its a gift from your father mother or anyone ? and also keeping the bill from 2-3 years ago ????
everyone knows that most of these bills start disappearing even hours after printing right?
what kind rules are these?
From what i see samsung is making sure they get free publicity or fame from the "FREE SCREEN REPLACEMENT" stunt they did and in reality they are making sure to give free replacement to as little users as possible

Finally you get free screen replacement after going through all these trouble. then there's reports of lines showing up on screen replaced devices . what then?
will you get free replacement again??? NO YOU WONT...
samsung specifically says only 1 [ ONE ] freee replacement...
you will have to pay from your own pocket ....
then are you sure it will not happen again ???
YOU BASICALLY BECOME SAMSUNG'S CASH COW - milking you for money as long as possible
