I made a strawberry filling and then put one layer of strawberry jam (from a local farm in Oregon), one layer of streusel, and then the layer of filling. It turned out delicious. Super happy with it!!

Used Sally’s Baking Addiction’s Vanilla Sheet Cake with Whipped Buttercream Frosting and added oreo to it! The sprinkles were surprisingly difficult to keep neat/would love to try it again. But this is my first go!

For my daughter’s 3rd birthday party! “Lemon Shortbread Cookies”, “Sprinkle Cookies Supreme” & “Homemade Dirt Pudding” recipes all by Sally’s Baking Addiction (all hail Sally). The piping was done super last minute/not the most polished, but happy overall with the first go! So, funny thing I learned for this is that we were always are wondering why dirt and worm cups aren’t stacked with gummies, and at least for this recipe you still assemble the cups while it’s somewhat warm. We filled them UP with gummies, and they melted in the dirt cups/made this weird consistency. My husband has had like 5 though so that makes me feel better 🤣

The two-headed snake gummies (we’re having reptiles come to the party) are arguably phallic but love how they turned out.

Topped with some homemade whipped cream for my daughter’s 3rd birthday!

136 people chimed in with some incredible suggestions of what to do with this funfetti cookie pie crust, and we went with….ice cream! My 3 year old picked out the cookies and cream ice cream, and I filled it with some Oreo crumbs and piped the top with homemade whipped cream. It was a hit! Thank you for the incredible suggestions, gave me more ideas for baking!

Sprinkle Cookies Supreme recipe by Sally’s Baking Addiction (all hail Sally). Tested a few and then froze the rest of the dough for the day of to bake & frost them up! I’m thinking of doing some strawberry cupcakes or lemon sheet cake next?!
