Dirt Pudding Terrarium w/ Lemon Olive Oil Cake

For my friend’s birthday! Basically copy and pasted from Must Love Herb’s work (and Broma Bakery’s Olive Oil cake recipe). I was up until 2am, but super proud of this one.

Cookie Icebox Cake

Made with about 80ish orange chocolate chip cookies (baked 99) and brown sugar whipped cream. It tastes like a choose your own cookie adventure (the softest at the bottom & crunchier on the tops and sides) of a cookie being dunked in milk

Brookies

Used Sally’s Baking Addiction’s “Drop Style Sprinkle Sugar Cookies” + How to Make Brownies with Cocoa Powder by Chocolate with Grace (I didn’t have any other chocolate but I think it worked out great)
