Can anyone help with a litter of feral cats?

Edit: we got them cared for, thank you very much everyone, especially Neil!

Hello, I was working on my property today and unfortunately while digging up a huge bush with an excavator I discovered six small kittens. They couldn't stay there since I'd half demolished the bush so I put them in a dog crate nearby. We are trying to watch for the mother to come back but I don't think we should leave them out overnight without better shelter. Yes there are six in this picture. Can anyone help tomorrow if we can't get the mother to come back? Already reached out to cran but not sure how long it will take.

LX2620 vs L3302 with loader post hole digger

Hello, I have 5 acres, fairly flat, lot of pine trees on the edges, 2.5 acres of pasture and building a half acre garden. I have a lot of fencing, small barns and trellises etc planned and I like the look of the loader mounted auger. Will want to mow the pasture after goats and the occasional beef go through.

We have been looking at LX2620 vs L3302. I found a few videos of augers on the front of the 26hp and it looks like it runs fine. Similar to when I have rented a walk behind skid steer. Anyone have experience on that? Do the hydraulics handle it ok? We have clay soil that is hard but fairly even.

I like the full sized L for how sturdy it looks, but feel like the small maneuverability gain from the LX might be nice since there will probably be a lot of time trying to position to work in between trees, in animal padocks and around garden beds. And using the grapple, pallet forks etc. I also like the tilt steering wheel. I don't think I want the mid PTO for anything.

Thanks for any advice.

Small Beetles Found in the Bedroom for 1–2 Months

I have been finding these small beetles in my bedroom for the past one to two months. They are roughly the size of my little fingernail. They are usually on the walls, often near the bed or wardrobe.

So far, I have not noticed any damage, and the mattress looks completely normal. I also do not have any itchy bites or other skin irritation.

Because the weather has been quite hot, we have been sleeping with the windows open for several weeks. The apartment is also relatively humid, although we do use a dehumidifier.

I have already tried to identify the beetle myself. It is quite small, and the suggestions I received, such as a wood cockroach or German cockroach, do not seem to match the photos I have compared them with.
I would simply like to know what kind of beetle this might be, where it could be coming from, and whether I should be concerned about it.

Wondered why the flooring failed in this room in under ten years, knew the uneven concrete was an issue. But I discovered that someone had installed a layer of coe drywall over 3/4 of the edges.

Looking for a buddy to check in with on the regular as I face some challenges

Hello friends. How happy to have discovered this community. I've had ADHD and anxiety for most of my life, I suppose that's just how it goes of course. I'm in my mid 40s, my kids are young adults. I'm in a very different place than I was 10 years ago in terms of my brain. My ADHD symptoms were always a problem in my career. I took ten years off to try something different in the hopes that it would shake things loose, and I think it did. I've worked the same place for almost six years for one thing which is unheard of. I'm thinking of going back to my original career, and I have what might be a great opportunity to do so while keeping seniority and benefits.

So this seems like a good time for me to get some more support, and I was wondering if anyone here might be interested in doing like almost a mutual sponsorship kind of thing. I would like someone who I can tell the details of what was going on before and be fully honest with, without the baggage of half-truths I used to get by in those days. Check in together on a daily basis. Just so there's someone who can provide me with a kind of accountability.

Ideally someone would be online on some US daytime schedule... I work early in the Pacific time zone. And I would ask that you be available by signal or text message. I try to limit most other apps while at work. I'm in my mid 40s and male if that matters to anyone.

Thanks all!

What is up with social media posts saying California is running out of crude oil?

Example post.

Various people online keep sharing this kind of post saying that "the last tanker is on its way" or "California is almost out of crude oil". I know crude to be refined is exported from some places and imported into others in the US for various reasons. Are some parts of the US going to run out of crude? I have searched for data but haven't found anything I feel confident in from recently.
