Need 20 B2B sales folks

Sales folks, need a small favour.
I’m looking for about 20 people from B2B sales.

SDRs, BDRs, AEs, Managers, Directors, doesn’t really matter.

We’ve been building AmbiZing for a while now and I want to see how accurately it actually understands a salesperson.

Nothing to buy here. This is completely free.

I’ll spend about 30 mins with you first. I want to understand your ambition in sales, how you learnt sales, where most of your learning came from and generally how you think about your career.

Then you take the baseline. Takes about 20 mins**.**

You get the report.

I get your honest feedback.

Tell me what we got right, what we got wrong, and whether the report actually sounds like you.

That’s pretty much it.

Need about** **20 people for this.

If you’re up for it, DM me. Would really appreciate the help.

Goal is to get you closer to your ambition and product validation and I want to understand if I’m able to solve this gap as a sales coach or not

Salespeople: what would make a sales certification actually worth paying for?

What would actually make you pay for a B2B sales certification?

Genuine question for people working in B2B sales.

There are already endless sales courses, certifications, books, coaches and frameworks out there.

But if someone launched a sales certification tomorrow, what would make you think:

“Yeah, this is actually worth my time and money.”

Would it need to:

Help you become better at real sales situations?
Give you something employers actually recognise?
Show you why you struggle in certain situations, not just teach another framework?
Include coaching/practice rather than videos and quizzes?
Demonstrate that you’ve genuinely improved before giving you a certificate?
Help you get promoted or land a better sales role?

Or is the whole idea of a sales certification fundamentally uninteresting to you?

I’m building something in this space, but I’m much more interested in hearing what salespeople would actually want before explaining what we’re building.

What would a sales certification have to prove for you to take it seriously?

Can you roast my SaaS landing page?

Roast my SaaS landing page. Don’t hold back.

I’ve been building a sales readiness platform for B2B sales teams over the last year.

Before I spend more on distribution, I’d rather hear the hard truth.

Website: https://incazing.com

If you had 2–3 minutes, I’d love your brutally honest feedback:

What’s the first thing you think this product does?
Who do you think it’s built for?
What confused you?
What feels unnecessary?
What made you trust (or distrust) the product?
Would you book a demo? If not, what stopped you?

Please don’t sugarcoat it. Rip apart the copy, messaging, design, UX—anything.

I’d rather fix what’s broken now than after I’ve spent months driving traffic.

Thanks in advance. Every piece of feedback helps.

Fractional sales advisor/mentor

A mentor told me something this week that stuck with me:
“Don’t let the job become your identity. The idea should remain the main focus.”

So that’s exactly what I’m doing.

I’m building IncaZing, a sales readiness platform for B2B sales teams. Until it reaches scale, I’m looking to work with a small number of SaaS companies as a Fractional Head of Sales / Sales Advisor.

A bit about me:

15+ years in B2B SaaS sales.
Built and scaled sales across APAC, EMEA and the US.
Started as an SDR and worked my way up to Associate Director of Sales.
Hired and coached AEs, BDRs and first-line managers.
Closed everything from SMB to enterprise deals and helped build repeatable sales processes.

My belief is simple: most sales problems aren’t process problems, they’re people problems.

I’m not looking for another full-time job.

I’m looking to partner with founders who need someone to help with things like:

Building the first sales motion.
Coaching AEs and managers.
Improving pipeline quality and conversion.
Sales hiring and interview frameworks.
Deal reviews and forecasting.
Creating a repeatable GTM rhythm.

If you’re an early-stage or scaling SaaS founder who needs senior sales leadership without hiring a full-time VP, I’d love to have a conversation.

Happy to answer questions here or connect over DM.

If sales certifications worked, why do so many hires still fail?

After interviewing, hiring and coaching salespeople for years, one pattern keeps showing up.

People think sales certifications predict performance.

They don’t.

They mostly prove someone completed a course.

Readiness is different.

It’s how someone performs under pressure, ambiguity and change.

**What’s the biggest thing you’ve missed when hiring salespeople?**

Income tax demand from old revised return mistake — refund now blocked. Has anyone dealt with Form 35 / condonation delay?

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for first-hand guidance from anyone who has dealt with an old income tax demand in India, especially involving Form 35 appeal / condonation of delay.

Here’s the situation:

For AY 2019-20, I had originally filed my return, but later incorrectly revised it due to a human error. That incorrect revised return resulted in a tax demand of around ₹70,000. With interest, it is now showing around ₹1.18 lakh.

Back in 2021, once I realised the mistake, I visited my jurisdictional AO office and submitted a written representation explaining the issue. After that, refunds for later years were processed, so I genuinely believed the matter had been resolved or accepted.

This year, my refund of around ₹1 lakh is being held/likely to be adjusted against this old demand.

I recently visited the AO again and also submitted a fresh ASK representation. The AO told me that he cannot manually remove/change the demand now and advised me to file an appeal. I also received a call from CPC, and they said the demand is payable because the timelines have lapsed and the revised return was already filed.

I’m confused about the practical way forward now.

Questions:

  1. Has anyone here filed Form 35 appeal with condonation of delay for an old demand like this?
  2. Can such a delayed appeal still be admitted if there is a genuine reason and old AO representation proof?
  3. Is there any separate stay/recovery request that can be filed to stop refund adjustment while appeal is pending?
  4. If the refund gets adjusted, can the appeal still continue and relief/refund be granted later if allowed?
  5. Should I get a tax appeal specialist instead of relying only on a regular CA?

I’m not looking for shortcuts. I just want to understand the correct process from someone who has actually handled something similar.

Any practical advice or pointers would really help.
