I finally achieved my dream hair ✨

I have been going to my hair lady for 20 years. I changed my hair routine about 2 years ago, she told me today my hair is the fullest and healthiest it’s ever been.

Can someone please tell me this is bumblefoot? She’s limping bad 😭

I just had a rhinoplasty and buccal fat removal surgery. I woke up with this on my lip apparently from the intubation pressing onto my lip. Has anyone experience this. Is this normal or should I be pissed? Is it going to scar?
