Finally found a routine that works.

Minoxidil Topical solution for man 5%, Brand Kirkland, everyday. If I’m washing my hair that day I apply it a few hours before I wash my hair. It also did wonders for my eyebrows

K18 Molecular Repair, at least once a month (always wash your hair with any clarifying shampoo before, I let it sit on towel dried hair for 4 min, I follow with mask and rinse)

Shampoo and conditioner: redken acid bonder

Gloss and hydration : EverPure Sulfate Free Glossing Lamination Mask for Lasting Shine and Elvive Hyaluron Plump Flash Hydration Wonder Water ( I always use the gloss after conditioner or the hydration after shampoo. One or the other always UNLESS using a mask or K18)

Mask: Biolage Full Rescue Restorative mask, once a week.

Heat and UV Protectant on wet hair: Bumble and Bumble Hairdresser's Invisible Oil Heat Protectant Leave In Conditioner Primer. I always use it after I wash my hair. I love it because I can use a lot product and it doesn’t look heavy or oily.
On dry hair: Amika the shield anti-humidity spray protects up to 450 degrees. I use this one if I’m going to hot Pilates or If I’m spending time in the sun.

Oil: ULTIMATE SMOOTH Miracle Hair Oil Serum or a LITTLE BIT of jojoba oil. I use this when my hair is wet after washing it, on my ends only and mid length to ends on dry hair before I brush and put my hair on a loose bun and wrap it with a silk scarf to go to sleep.

Pre wash oil: OGX Nourishing + Coconut Oil Weightless Hydrating Oil Hair Mist, all over hair but roots. Once a week. Never use it the day you’ll apply K18.

I have been going to my hair lady for 20 years. I changed my hair routine about 2 years ago, she told me today my hair is the fullest and healthiest it’s ever been.

I just had a rhinoplasty and buccal fat removal surgery. I woke up with this on my lip apparently from the intubation pressing onto my lip. Has anyone experience this. Is this normal or should I be pissed? Is it going to scar?
