First time playing BG1, which mage shoul I have in my Good party?

Hi all! Im in my first playthroug and im wondering which mage should I have in my party. My character is a Paladin, and besides him I have Imoen, Khalid and Jaheira. I think i'll add Misc too, because is an iconic and funnny character, so I'll have to add Dynaheir. However, I've read that Dynaheir cannot use Sleep, which is a very useful spell for newbie players like me. So, what do you think? Thanks in advance!

Concerned about the motivations of donors and developers.

Hi all! Recently I found this project and I like the Arch + Hyprland prefigured thing. Some months ago I was able to install Arch and Hyprland, but it was difficult and slow.I like the themes and the focus on aesthetics. I don't like the bloat but it is easily uninstalled.

My main concern is, why are all these people donating piles of cash in this project? I understand they are rich but still, people don't usually give money just because. The reason may be they want Linux to succeed could be, but I worry there are other reasons.

I don't know, I'm gonna try it and probably stick with it, but when I see all of these YouTubers shilling the project something feels wrong.

jumpack intercessors VS vanguard veterans

I'm starting to paint my Vanguard Veterans, but I'm unsure about using them as they are or as jump pack intercessors.

The former have a +1 of strength and Damage 2 weapon. The latter do mortal wounds when they charge, which seems very powerful, and are also cheaper. What do you think? Thanks in advance.

Experimenting with purple undercoat for red armour.

Hi all! In my last post I showed a model with purple shadows. In this case I painted the model first in purple, and then I built my reds. Then I painted the shadows with a mix of purple paint + purple tint + medium. After that I tried to follow the advice given to me and applied red glace to soften the shadows. Finally I use orange in the points of maximum lights.

The transitions are a bit rough at some points, but I like the overall results. Let me know how I can improve it and I'll try to apply it in my next projects. Thanks!
