Dutch-ish scape, MC carpet or sand?

My Dutch-ish scape is now 8 days old, most of the plants have been growing well, but the MC melted completely. Should I replant with new MC or should I just put some sand on the front? Any other suggestion is appreciated as well, especially on trimming and replanting.

Plant info:

Left: Ammannia pedicellata 'Golden', Bacopa caroliniana, Ludwigia white, Alternanthera reineckii 'Mini', some Bucephalandra

Right: Ludwigia super red, Rotala indica, Anubias bateri 'Golden Nana'

Floaters: frogbits, red root floaters, red azolla (in DYI floater rings)

There's also a Cryptocoryne in the back.

(I felt like I picked a variety of colors but now the majority is some shade of yellow or red?)

So I have green water

Probably from vandalism /j (if this joke violates any rules pls let me know).

This is a relatively new tank (~5 weeks old), low tech, heavily planted, cycled (shrimp added after 2 weeks, were fine for 1 week) then the water started turning green about 2 weeks ago and my shrimp started to die 1-2/day, normal water parameters. I started to turn off the light for the last few days and the water seems to be a bit clearer. None of the other 4 tanks I set up have this issue. Any way that I can fix this? (Preferably cost less than 16 millions dollars)

I just...

Title: A Blessed Night

Definitely non-con for the first 10 chapters or so, but the art is just so pretty.

Snurfing?

I saw my ramshorn snail do this a few times before but could not capture it. Apparently they can move just below the surface of the water? When I tried to take a video they detached and landed perfectly, too bad I couldn't grab that.

1st time attempting a Dutch style tank

6 gallons/24 liters, probably will house some snails and neocaridina shrimp. I went a little overboard with the plants 😅 can't wait to see how it'll turn out as the plants grow in.

Dom bottom, anyone?

Title: Step on Me, My Prince!

Ongoing, only 14 chapters. So far they're total green flags, pretty good communications, cute, drama-free (but not in a boring way). The smut is mostly consensual, except for the 1st scene in which the ML was drunk, and involved a questionable use of a stapler. But they're figuring out BDSM together and it's pretty good.

Bonus: cute kid.

This MC is just unhinged

Title: Can I rate your body, too?

This one is hilarious. I'm only 1.3 chapters in but this MC is just so unhinged I can't not share him.

1g desk tank - to clean or not to clean?

This is my 1 gal desk tank, where my only neocaridina son lives (daughters are so forgettable I'm obsessed with SIX right now). Ever since I relocated the snail to a larger tank the glass has been kind of grimy on the inside. Should I clean it or leave it for the shrimp to munch on?

Red Racer Nerite shell color

This is Escarghost II, I got her on March 2, so almost 3 months ago. I've read that Red Racer Nerite snails revert to black and yellow in captivity, so I was prepared for that to happen. But it didn't happen, she prints new shell and it's still red. In the photos the 1st and 2nd "life event" lines are visible. I'm wondering why this is the case.

Some information:

- My LFS advertised these snails as imported (not sure if it's true or if it's a marketing gimmick).

- I do live in Vietnam, but I live in Hanoi, we're nowhere near the sea.

- I use a mixture of RO and tap water for my tanks.

- Escarghost II only eats the algae in my tanks.

Any thoughts?

I just can't wih this amount of censor

I've never read something this censored! Not even lightsabers! At this point why even include smut scenes, just cut it all! This kind of censor actively turns me off. I'll bear with it 'cause I like the art and story though.

Guys is my shrimptank a harem?

I only have 5 shimp in this 1 gal tank. Are all my shrimp female? I think the orange-y part is their saddle? Should I go get some male shrimp?

I found aphids on a drosera about 2 weeks ago, but didn't notice that they got into my pingrock until yesterday when I cleaned the container. No noticable damage on my pings yet, except for the slightly odd new growth on the P. cyclosecta. I'm giving the rock a bath, hopefully this will be enough to eliminate them.
