Progress after two shoulder surgeries

Progress after my second shoulder surgery, both were cause of genetis, right was when i were 18, left at 22. Got the go ahead to fully go back working out this january so it have been mostly a 4 months transformation to before, focused mostly on cutting so have not really gained that much muscle. Still decent progression strengh wise mostly cause of muscle memory...

Feel a bit sad that I did not progress really during these 5 years in the gym, but was very hard to keep up motivation when i knew how much of a pain and struggle it were after the first surgery.

Also I guess it is also of my workout split as I don't go as much of a bodybuilding split instead i do a general fitness, meaning say worked in balance, preventative or injure reduction for pretty much all my stuff.

Mostly any advice for good shoulder workout with arms below the shoulder, (I do army presses still but with lower weight cause that is where the problem lies, for example at 18 I could do 30kgs army press and now im doing like 17.5).
I mostly do the normal stuff idk the name of them but raising weights 90 degree to the sides and front...

Same with some good chest workouts. Feels like shoulders are small same and the same with my chest compared to before at least to the rest where I've been able to get to the same point as I were at 18. It is expected cause thats were the surgery was but trying to rectify it.

Pic 1 is like 3 weeks after second surgery, pic 2 is august when doing rehab. Pic 3 is like 1 month after I got the go a head of im back from my doctor, Pic 4 is week ago and 5 is 1 day before the first surgery. This was the surgery I've gotten in both shoulders https://www.medicalgraphics.de/en/videos/animation-latarjet-procedure-video/

Advice about this sunset/sunrise image

Saw that it was a good sunset, went down to a small pier/jetty close to me and met another student that was smoking a cigg and enjoying the sunset after a party. Asked if I could try to take a photo of him enjoying the sunset... I don't generally take this kind of images but try to get into it more.

Also I croped slitghtly to the left second is uncroped, think it works slightly better. Cause of the bicycle were quite right so the person should be a bit more left to balance the compoisition?

A more general question for next time, i went out directly and felt a bit stressed with making a stranger wait so just tried it with the lens I had on which was a 70-200, would this kind of image work better with him being smaller so i would use my 24-70 instead?

Also how is the saturation, I did not really boost it in post but might want to reduce it cause seems almost artifical but might just be scared cause seen to many overcooked images...

Also i masked some stuff of him to bring it down the blacks, just cause it was a 5 sec exposure and he did not stay fully still, does that work or should I try to rectify that in some other way, I took like 10 images for that and just selected the one I thought was the best.

Im overall happy with it but trying to improve my artistic eye so any feedback is welcome.

Idk if this is considered sunset or sunrise cause it were at around 1 am

Looking for a tripod

Currently have sirui traveller 5cx, im looking for something bigger that say can withstand water in some winds and stuff don't really trust the 5cx for the 70-200mm gmii. Should I get something R-3213X? Or saw a used N-3205X for $200 (might be steep). Or do yall recommend some other brand? Am down for a lot still want to be able to take with me on trips though will more be for camping, and will use the the 5cx as ultra light tripod...

It will be mainly used with sony a7, 70-200mm gm2 , and a sigma 24-70 might be more in the future...

Im in sweden.

Tips on how to start getting into running as an explosive person

Asking for advice on how to best get in too running cause done it alot of times and always hate the entire process... I started at the beginning of the year and got to like 5 km is aroun 25 mins after like 3 weeks but then stoped cause that had been my orginal goal. The problem is just I find it so hard and such a mental obsticle for the long endurance.

I've started again with doing 3 sets of 1-2 mins of runnning pretty much max speed i think it said 2.58 per km or something for that, don't think that this is the best way for me to procced cause im already strong in that area.

Any advice to a noob, should i try to go really slow and just increase speed slowly that was what i was doing before but really boring but might be the best option. If so any tips to make it more fun.

Is microneedling better do go to a clinic or yourself?

Hey looking for some different options to reduce face scarring from acne. I've talked to a consultant (the cosultant avised for laser like 3 to 5 times, which Im okay but relised it had like a two week recovery period, did not want to go through with it cause just got an okay that I could start working out again after surgery (medical), but is probebly the plan after the summer or some kind of "cure") for ether co2 laser or microneedling is it worth going to a clinic for microneedling or should i do it at home or maybe a combination. And how does laser compare? I don't know if this is the wrong place to ask if so if I can get a recommendation of where?

Tried to check the starter guide or faq but it was unavailable is just for americans?, but just got some minox and want to start with it, should i apply it before or after the skincare? My skincare is washing moisturiser (retinol sometimes) if so rinse after and moiturise again if not just the first two... Don't know that if this changes anything. But ya when should I apply minox in this routine? or should i use add it when not using retinol

Full circle now, the deed is done, my hair is cut. Honestly i don't know how i like it, friends says it looks good same with famliy but feeling weird about it Went to a good barber/saloon was 80$ which felt like alot usually pay like 50 but they were good so who cares...

Also upgraded my skincare... And got some minox so lets see if it is a lie about getting a fuller beard or if it works.

Mostly did a second post asked about beard adwise two days ago (and were okay with other advice).

Somone recommended "By the looks of it you seem to have a pretty aggressive celestial nose. I know this isnt the feedback you asked for but you should look into getting some filler for your upper lip. It will bridge the gap a little bit and make your face seem more harmonious.". How common is this kind of advice in general nowadays? Feel kind of drastic that everything should be done surgicly or with weightloss should be done with drugs every inperfection be erased? I considered minodoxil yesterday but feels like it's less invasive at least then lip filler, but i've also considered microneedling and co2 laser for removing some acnescar/getting smoother skin so we all have some stuff we want to get rid of.

Just wondering how people feel? I'm against most of this the same way im against steriods (like xarms), we don't know how this will effect our aging.

I also just wanted to ask specificily about hair cause got the advice i should change hair threw in some different haircuts over years, (most are kinda of old but it is short, manbun, and kind this but more well grommed)

Okay with general advice still but please no injections or big cosmetic stuff, will not do it and don't want to be temped (get more thing to worry about)... Aswell don't need extra insecturities

I hate that you now need to be so careful of everything on the internet is trying to ether sell something, make you feel strong feelings ether good or bad, and makeing most people insecure.

Coming here about if I should try to grow a beard. However it feels like it still is kinda of patchy so has considered to try to do minox to try to aid with a fuller beard. My moms side has not the best beards and think I might be having the genetics from them, my dads side has good beard genetics but feels at this point (age) it should improve?

So im mostly do you think I should try to get a beard, and would minox be worth it to maybe aid for a fuller one?

Other advice are welcome but feels like im in a decent spot.

All images are taken this week except the last two which was taken in janurary and last august(included to just have some more focal length and just not phone photos for better perspective... I've lost quite a bit of weight since both though (had a surgery last year) , don't know if it was reduntent, but included them in case)

Also as someone getting into photogrophy im sorry for the backgrounds here, mostly took pics when i remembered about this post which meant just randomly when doing a run or whatever...

Hey as title suggest im looking for fitness band for myself. The biggest point is no subscription and the next most important thing is no telemetry/working without the cloud... Then im just looking for the best fitness band that fits that description. Price I would like it to be less then $400-500.

I live in sweden so that it can be bought internatinaly would be a plus.

Made a post in r/smartwatches and got the question with screen... I rather have it without but are fully okay with it having a screen, its more about it being small.
