I only have one video that’s done okay, shall I just stick with that style of video?

As you can see all my videos flopped lmao, nobody gaf about them.

However my Safari video was very different, it was 95% voice over style and the others were more vlog style… do I just stick with that style moving forward?

Can you tell from my most recent trips of Galapagos, Brazil Pantanal, Serengeti, Japan, Nepal the kind of thing I like?I can’t think of next :(

I’m sorry if this isn’t allowed, I understand if it’s deleted!

But I’m just at a loss, I only have 3 months left until I have 3 weeks off and haven’t got anywhere I can think to go… I have completed my bucket list already. If it helps for context, I’m 25. I’d like to do Patagonia but I’m too fat at the moment

Has anyone else felt like this too? They have allocated time off where they can travel, but can’t decide where!? It sucks!

How can I perfect the zoom in effect transitioning into my masked clip?

So when I zoom into the masked clip through the guys remote control device, I’ve done it with key frames and zooming in. But it’s like “jaggered” I don’t know the right word, but you can see it’s not a smooth zoom in, it goes left and right until it’s fully in the frame. This I think is because I was doing loads of key frames close to each other, because without so many keyframes… it would zoom into a random part of the clip, rather then focusing on the controller.

I hope that makes sense, I’m awful at explaining

But would appreciate any advice . TIA

I have 3 weeks off in October and have NO idea where I want to go. Please drop some recent trips (excluding EU) that you have done and why you’d reccomended!

So just to say I won’t visit again since I’ve been to..

Galapagos,Brazil,Japan,Hong Kong,Nepal Tanzania

And I’ve said no eu because I’m from the UK, and can do EU when I have limited time available. I get this much time off only 2x a year.

Will also be solo

This video has been by far my best, and it was a lot different to my others. Do I continue with the same style of video? (Voice over)

So all the other videos are really just raw and not much editing, and no voice over.

The one with the most views by a mile was a lot different. A jam packed few days into one video , with like a story telling type style to it.. and majority being voice over and music in the background.

So I think I’d make my next few videos the same style? Right?

Do I have a better chance of being recognised by insta360 if I use the watermark?

Started posting content on Instagram, tagging the main page and the insta squad page, but I don’t use the watermark. This is mainly because I’m also trying to build my own brand and thing this would hurt it. But I’m wondering if there’s even any point trying to get recognised if I don’t use it.

I’ve used Final Cut pro for a few months and now im confronting the fear of masking. What am I doing wrong from here?

Something is off can someone advise on what my fine tuning steps are from here

I’m trying to make the sunglasses more tidy and then the harsh line between the masked background to the mountains, is there a way to blend it?

How do I organise my life? I haven’t “chilled” for more than an hour in weeks. And I haven’t no structure to anything it’s all over the place

So this is what’s going on in my life.

I work a 9-5. At this 9-5, some days I can do whatever I want… can literally watch Netflix all day, some days I’m non stop on my feet at work.

I’m trying to grow my YT channel, TT, and Insta. I travel a lot. And have a backlog of 6 country’s and 9 months worth of content to edit. Both long YT videos , and then short form on TT etc.

I also run a small eBay business for my side hustle for cash flow. I simply can’t put this on hold because the money is too good to stop. I am 25, and I’m earning as much as I can to have financial security in the future.

I have such a backlog of stock for my eBay buisness, over 300 items I need to clean/ test and photograph then list. And then the big backlog of content.

The good news is, I don’t need time to film anymore or buy more stock. As I have plenty of both.

I want to get to a point where I have videos ready to post daily, and then I can set up an automated process where i schedule a video to upload in the next day or so. And want this to be every day.

I have attached a picture of my daily schedule but I have not stuck to it at all. I need to catch up, like take a full week to photograph every single item, then another week to edit long form vids, then another week to stock up on short vids. So I have an ongoing cycle. Right now it’s drowning me as I have to make for example, 1 post today, and post it same day, then so on. And eBay the same, photograph 1 item , then list it straight after. Rather then having 5 ready to be listed every day automatically

In the time table,

1= before work
2= during work
3= after work

Sunday and Monday I have off from my 9-5 so I need to dedicate both days to photograph a huge bulk of items for eBay. But atm, I’ll realise I’m behind on my daily post schedule and forget about the eBay tasks needed doing.

Please help, I’m drowning in this

My 4th video got 100 views! Something little for me to celebrate :) thought I’d share!

My 4th video has hit 100+ views!

So exciting, considering the 2nd and 3rd have only hit around 40-50. All being around 20 mins long.

It’s hard to stay motivated as a smaller YouTuber, especially when it takes me 2-3 weeks of editing for it to only get double digits in views.

Is there anyone here like me and THIS small? Would be nice to see haha

Just started posting content after shying away for ages! I have tonnes to post, do I do 1x per day everyday?

I’m starting from the bottom, and would like some general advice along with this question!

But yeh, I’m not sure how many times I should post, multiple a day, or only a few a week, one a day. I have no clue!

Im focusing on travel content.

And does length have a big part to play? Shall I do 7-10 second videos while just starting? Or will the 15-30 second mini compilations work better? Or a mix of both?

And if anyone wants to connect then I’d be down, though I only have 140 followers which are mainly people I know haha. Got to start somewhere I guess.

Edit: I wasn’t sure if posting too much would make people ik in real life unfollow and hurt my account too😂

Thanks 🙏

The Pantanal, Brazil 🇧🇷

6 countries later i have finally got the courage to start posting. Is there a blueprint to follow from the beginning?

For ages i put it off because I was embarrassed to start showing my face out there. Also scared of failing. But realise now I’ve failed regardless if I don’t try.

What’s the ideal plan for someone going into travel content?

I mean across TikTok YouTube and Instagram, also I’m creating long form content on YouTube.

I have so many questions.

Do I post all my content 1 country at a time? Do I mix it up? One post from Tanzania one day, and then one post from Japan the next? Or all 15 videos from Tanzania first?

Do I post 3x a day? 3x a week? Across YouTube, Instagram and TikTok?

I’m so out of my depth and have no clue where to start.

I guess on the bright side, I have tonnes of content from all my travels to post. So I have a lot of opportunities fingers crossed 🤞

2 weeks of a dream in Tanzania

My first solo trip was to Tanzania, and while I was veryyyy scared, after I got done crying in my Airbnb, I opened the door to what would be the most memorable 2 weeks of my life.

Photo 1 @ Lushoto:

I met a local man in Dar Es Salaam and actually became good friends with him over a few drinks. He was headed back to his village which was an 8 hour local bus into the village of Lushoto. What I didn’t realise was the journey there would be incredibly dangerous.. but on the other end of the journey I was welcomed with love and care.

Photo 2 @ Tarangire National Park:

I did a group joining safari which is a budget way to experience the safari. You join random people who are your jeep buddies for the new few days. We spotted so many elephants in this national park, and it’s no wonder taranagire is called the elephant capital of the world. I actually cried when I saw the first elephant, I’m not sure why but it was quite heavy!

Photos 3-7 @ Serengeti National Park:

The Serengeti is obviously the iconic national park and I was so excited! Started the day with watching 2 hippos fighting which was awesome, and then had a packed lunch to keep us going. Saw lions on the top of a mountain/rock (not sure lol) which I’ll genuinely never forget, it felt like I was in a documentary. Oh, and with like half an hour left in the Serengeti, literally as we was heading to the exit we saw a cheetah in the long grass grooming herself and the whole safari jeep was in awe

Photos 8-12 @ Ngorogoro Crater:

This was what I was most excited for, it fascinated me more then the Serengeti by a mile. The remains of a volcano, and it was so dense with wildlife!! We saw a hyena with blood all over its neck which was a real eye opener that the circle of life in wildlife is truly real and unforgiving!!

In the photo with the tents, can you see the wild buffalo?

Photo 11 @ Moshi:

I actually went to Moshi to see killimanjaro, unfortunately it was too cloudy so I went and made coffee from scratch with some locals, it was nice to meet and have genuine chats with them!

Photo 10 @ Zanzibar:

The only way for me to end such a jam packed 2 weeks was to sit on the white beaches of Zanzibar and do absolutely nothing 😎

Oh yeh, I also sky dived over Zanzibar to end my trip which was wicked

If anyone has been, would really appreciating letting me know your experiences and if you can recommend anyone.

I’m looking to do a budget/mid range group joining safari for 1 person (I solo travel)

And would appreciate any comments from recent trips people have had! Expected of costs etc.

Thanks in advance

The night the war between Israel and Iran, I was in wadi rum. I came out of the desert and checked Instagram to see the news!

While very panicked, along with friends and family back home for me, I quickly learnt the hospitality of the Jordanians was something so rare in such a cold world.
I was so at ease, if anything more than before.

I don’t want this to distract people from the beauty of Jordan, and no matter what’s happening around it. that it’s a safe and welcoming country.

I wish I had a way to tell the world to come to Jordan, and see it for all its magic.

I was in awe at every new destination, I haven’t felt anything like the emotions I had while there.

Thank you Jordan, I hope people become more open to visiting your phenomenal country and experiencing the kindness of all its people

I’m 24M from London, and this trip was something I never thought would happen, and involved something i genuinely have wanted to do since I was 8 years old (see wild jaguars) , when I was a little boy, for my “what do I want to be when I’m older” presentation, I chose to be a jaguar, and since then I’ve been obsessed.

I started in São Paulo, where I went to a famous and frequent Sunday market festival which is home to the 100th McDonalds, in the world ! And it had a DJ playing on the second floor, I mean obviously… why wouldn’t it?

But the real reason I’m in Brazil was for what came after.

I flew to Cuiaba, and from there I made my way to the gorgeous Pantanal, where I was spending 5 days on the river! Over the next 5 days, I’d see gorgeous birds, sleepy caiman, and the one and only Jaguar (well 14 of them)

The first one I saw 2 hours into our first morning on the boat, and I cried so hard. So much that my guide started to cry as it reminded him of his first time too! He gently tapped my shoulder and said “why are you making me cry, I truly have the best job in the world right?” To which I replied “abso fucking lutley”

Being the youngest on the boat by about 30 years, alone and far away from home.. the people in my group really made me feel at ease and in place. I have to admit, when I first saw my group and nobody similar age I did start to worry that I’d feel really lonely, but nope! I was very much included and was named the “shared son” within the whole lodge, nobody let me buy a drink, everyone let reminding me and offering me to give me sunscreen, I felt like my mum was with me😂

Then I spent the remaining time in Rio. And that was crazy, I met some other solo travels, and one thing leading to another, I’m partying in a favela from 11pm till 7am. They know how to party 😆. Watching the sunset from Christ the redeemer, training Jui jitsu in ACTUAL BRAZIL, surviving the current of the impanema sea, this trip was something I’ll never forget, especially the jaguars ;)

I’ll be back!!! Fingers crossed 🤞
