Is this a lens?

Is this a lens?

Guys so I've been seeing these UV text snaps and I'm confused. Is this a lens/filter or a customized text added to snaps? If this is a lens why don't I have it?

Are you loyal to your limerent object?

Hey so I've been thinking about this and it just hit me that I'm beyond loyal to the person I'm in limerence with. And what I mean by that is I've always measured love as a measure of whether I feel attracted to people other than that person. And this is where I can't be certain that I'm truly in limerence. It has just never occurred to me, I've been in countless situationships yet I still feel attracted to people other than my partner but it's not the same case for my limerence object/person. In fact when I have an obsessive crush on someone or am in a limerence loop I can't seem to find anyone else attractive . I only seem to want that particular person. And only limerence made me realize that looks < emotional connection/trauma bonds. My LO wasn't even attractive but when I was still in contact with them I would've looked past all attractive people to have them in my life only. This weird sense of unbound loyalty for someone who does not even like me back is concerning. Just me or anyone else?

Hi so, recently I had an exam which I had prepared for two/one weeks in advance. You'd think I would've aced it but the thing is when it came to revising the three topics (that I spent a day on each topic), thought it would only take me about one hour but I ended up wasting three hours on a topic I thought I had already memorized. And it was at the point that I felt like I was studying it for the first time instead of revision how I intended. And yes, I used active recall, and studied each topic thoroughly. This demotivates me so much and I think has been the root cause of my procrastination habit. Like if I'm going to spend the same amount of time doing it multiple times, why not only do it once before the exam? This is why I can't study. I've tried to discipline myself and change my life a lot. I used to think my gold-fish memory is a result of my screentime and constant social media use. But it's been over a month since I stopped using all apps and I barely spend time on my phone and when I do it's to review my notes. Or maybe I'm just too dumb for a STEM field.

HEY SO I HAVE TWO UPCOMING QUIZZES AND HAVE A BUNCH OF ASSIGNMENTS TO DO. IVE BEEN PROCRASTINATING SINCE YESTERDAY. Thing is I had two quizzes last week and I was using the turbo app this semester and it seemed good. I liked the interface and it kept me focused. But the thing is even after studying for 2-3 days for each quiz I got like 50% on one and 67% on another. I can't for the love of God seem to study from the notes prof upload. Those ppts are like 22 pages each and make my head spin. I'm trying to study as I write but it's making me so dizzy and I have four lectures to cover. Any apps that make thorough notes for each and every detail in slides and notes would be appreciated because my prof makes meticulous quizzes and boom idk the answer to a term that the app forgot to cover but was in the slides. I need to remember a lot of things so pls suggest an app that covers that domain and also diagrams.
