Need help with some questions I've been having.

For those that used utility carts for their post partum/baby stuff, What did you use it for after being done? Thinking bar cart or toy cart? I don't know what to use it for now.

For those that use food processors for baby purees or prepping garlic or other stuff, What food processor did you get? Need something affordable, everyone online says to get the $200 Cuisinart one, but I need something that won't break the bank.

Bottle washer detergent tablet help.

I have a baby brezza bottle washer and I have none of the their branded tablets. I realized today I was running out and no store around my area has their tablets and online would not make it on time to deliver to my house. Can I use another brand? Or do I have to only use theirs?

Struggling to connect with my baby

I had such a tough and traumatic pregnancy. This pregnancy was like one of those crying Ayahuasca trips gone wrong. Some preface: I am a military wife. I have PMOS formerly known as PCOS. I have irregular periods, I don’t get my period for months, but they always last 3 days long. So I found out I was pregnant in September of last year. I was really tired and exhausted, sleeping more often than I was. I also had major cramping but no period blood when wiping. Huh, strange I didn't have the same pep in my step, so I went to the ER about my symptoms. My husband and I joked, “Imagine I’m pregnant.” So the doctor rolls in and tells me I am. My hands start sweating and I’m freaking out telling him, “You’re joking” a million times and he reassures me I am. The first trimester hits me like a ball to a bat, homerun indeed. I got moderate Hyperemesis Gravidarum. I was extremely nauseous, constantly throwing up that my throat felt like someone poured acid in it, no energy that I couldn’t shower/brush my teeth, that I looked like a naked and afraid tv-showrunner. I was rapidly losing weight and couldn’t keep anything down. I was consistently going to the ER for IV drips because not even water was that holy for my possessed body. I was praying to God, “Why me?” I mean, I lived a relatively healthy lifestyle. No drugs, tobacco, and weed. Occasional drinking and In-N-Out burger here and there. Been going to the gym for 3 years and loving every step of the bodybuilder lifestyle. I was crying and thinking about killing myself because the relief would be refreshing. I was thinking about going to my home state to get an abortion because the state that I was living in banned it. It was madness. I couldn't stop thinking how much I hated this baby that was growing inside of me that was causing me such wrath from within. This baby that was growing inside of me had no mercy on me. It got better during December, not fully, but manageable. The house was a mess when I got slightly better, all that housework piled up, the laundry, the floors, the entire house was a wreck. I started to clean up the place day by day. I was more exhausted than I already was. We had to leave for my husband's next duty station, so we had to pack up. We didn’t have any plans set in place to move, no movers, no uhaul, or even friends to help us throw some stuff away/help us. I had to help move to throw away heavy furniture out and pack some of our stuff into his truck because half of our stuff didn’t fit in the bed of the truck. Doing all of this while recovering from the brutality of HG in the first trimester. The apartments we were renting at the time only allowed him to be off the hook with the lease because of his military orders. Apparently, they didn’t know it also covered me under his, so he was still legally obligated to still pay rent. Mind you, the apartments I was renting is a military town so being clueless like this was mind-blogging. So, I couldn’t give them the benefit of a doubt. He extended the lease because it ended in September, but had to go in December. He also thought the lease ended in December, but it was extended in September of 2026. So he was paying rent in a place he wasn’t living in. We left and went to my husband's parents place because we had no apartment, house, or even hotel. Thankfully, my in-laws lived in his duty station. I lived there temporarily for almost 4 months. In the first month of living there, I had no prenatal care for the first month because I was waiting on my husband to fix our situation, but couldn’t because of work. So by February, I started calling my insurance for OB/GYN’s that accepted my insurance through lots of trial and error but I finally had one. I missed my anatomy scan and other crucial pregnancy tests. But I was making them up in Feb-April. I couldn't even have a baby shower because I was too far along for traveling by plane. I had to do a mail in baby shower. Thank the heavens above that my in-laws were supportive of the whole concept, but mine weren’t. My side of the family thought it was tacky and a bad idea. I hate my family because of this and many other circumstances. Throughout the second and third trimester, I still had HG, but mild now, still had to take zofran. This time once in the morning, not every 6 hours. My body was going through changes that I was scared of like leg swelling, extreme hunger, and insane back pain. All this happening while adjusting to the new dry climate I moved into. So now my asthma has worsened so now I was out of breath. We finally fixed our situation thanks to his dad who talked to the leasing agents at our old place so I’m off the hook. We start touring houses and we finally land on one. But, here's the kicker and the goalie and the score… I got covid during our move. I was so sick and heavily 9 months pregnant. All of this that happened in the span of 9 months of pregnancy I’ve endured nothing but madness and sorrow for the baby that was growing inside of me. I grew resentful and unmoved with any sort of elation or happiness for this baby. I was constantly thrown unfortunate events at my face to enjoy what motherhood was and all of its entirety. I’m trying to connect with my baby, but I struggle and I was diagnosed with post partum depression. I don’t know how to feel, but I do want to connect with her. It’s just so hard to do when a lot has been thrown at my face. I’m just wondering how I can get over this trauma.

Help with the search engine default.

Hi, I got a new computer specifically the Acer Aspire Go 15 Model NO: N23C3. I downloaded Google Chrome as the default extension to use. The issue I have is, when I click on it the search engine that pops up is Microsoft Bing, but when I add another tab to use Google pops up which is the search engine I want to use. I already deleted Bing on the search engine tab on the Google Chrome settings. Why is this still happening? Someone educate me please. Thank you!

Need help with a Tricare question.

Hi, I recently got a letter from Tricare specifically TriWest, about a Drive Time Waiver. I have Tricare Prime some preface. My PCM is not at the base I'm stationed at, but at another base from a different branch. Unfortunately, they're are no PCM's on base available. So what happens if I fill out the form that they sent me? What happens afterwards?

I recently moved into a house that has glass cooktops and I’ve always used gas ones. So I don’t know how to care for them yet. What products should I buy?
