Problem with sharing project to editor: Unable to find timeline or drag subclips into a new timeline
Quick explanation: I outsourced to an editor to get a project done for me. I already put in the work of trimming a two hour vod to about 50 minutes before sending it over to get polished up. The problem is that they can't open the timeline and says it's offline.
I usually take the large VOD and use audition and media encoder to create subclips and trim out the long pauses. It seems like everything is synced up correctly on their end, but they can't get the timeline to work.
Additionally, they can't drag the subclips into a new timeline either, so they're forced to edit the whole video from scratch.
Does anyone know what would be causing this and how to fix it?

Question for Gaming Incentive: I accidentally forgot to include one of the hashtags for a submission (usually it's automatically put on there). If I delete and reupload, do I still get the minimum guaranteed reward? Or should I let it rock and hope it gets approved

TikTok Account Disqualified for low quality content. I am literally shaking right now. I mostly make pretty consistent content but I feel like it's the most recent one-off video I made that got this on my account. This is so frustrating. I sent an appeal but is there anything else I can do?
