Is it possible to make a turn based RPG type of game in Source?
I've been interested in making a specific type of game, and I feel like what I can make IS possible in source, except for the actual turn based RPG part. Is there a way for this engine to work on that type of game basis? Or would it be a bit too clunky. I love this engine and I just really want any excuse to work on it

I wanna like these games really badly, their style is mesmerizing af. But, I feel sick after playing Hylics 1 after just a couple minutes, I also like barely understand half of anything going on as I don't play traditional RPGs much. Is there any advice I can get for playing this game?

I'm currently hosting a public server, and we have constant moderation, but sometimes randoms join and can grief stuff. How can I make it so new people who join can't do anything until granted permissions? This is a Java and Bedrock crossplay server, so I got a lot of randoms joining sometimes. Maybe a mod or plugin that makes them unable to move until granted freedom, or unable to mine and hurt anything without freedom, idk!
I don't wanna add a whitelist I think they're annoying, I know it's the best solution but it also can ruins a new joiners mood to play if they gotta wait for me to add them.
