RAM: 2x8 16GB 2666MHz CL16

GPU: MSI SLIM X GAMING RTX 4070 Super 12GB

PSU: MSI 850W Gold 80+

I have 1080p 144Hz monitor. My main games are FPS games and playing Fortnite title, so I love to focus on my framrates and how increase it, this is why i didn't go to QHD yet. Last year I feel that my CPU is weak for GPU with the new games.

Should I upgrade my monitor to QHD which i don't prefer actually ? Or I can stay with the same monitor and need to upgrade my CPU and RAM only ? If yes, which CPU an RAM should i go with in my situation?

* Another note: do i need to have 32GB instead of 16GB ? I'm only playing games .
